RAMONA, Calif. (KGTV) - A 20-year-old Ukrainian man was shot and killed in Ramona this week, according to Sheriff's investigators.Ivan N. Nivinskus, of Ramona, died of apparent gunshot wounds Sunday just after 8:30 p.m., investigators said. The San Diego County Medical Examiner has ruled Nivinskus's death a homicide.San Diego Sheriff's deputies said deputies were called to the 15900 block of Wood Rock Lane for reports of possible gunshots and someone yelling. Publix has suspended its political contributions as it reevaluates its giving processes, the national grocery chain said in a statement on Friday.
