THE EXPERTS To find out the tactics used by campaigns, we reached out to Sara Cutter, a Republican ad maker, and Julian Mulvey, a Democratic ad maker. SECRET #1: FONTPay attention to font. Mulvey says Democrats will use a lot of red lettering in commercials against President Donald Trump. That's because it instills some fear and catches your eye. They found human feces.The owner of Boombox CrossFit North, Brittani Ramirez, said she was in shock when she heard over the phone, "I didn't believe her; I was like no, we get dogs back there all the time, like I'm sure it was just a stray dog."When she looked back at their security footage, it showed a man walking up to the back door, wiggling the handle, then walking to the corner of the lot, pulling down his pants and defecating.The footage showed it was 3:30 p.m., just an hour before class started."One of my amazing members Lacey stepped in, she gloved up, got some trash bags, she got some bleach, and Katie, one of my coaches, the two of them handled the business," Ramirez said.A health concern for everyone involved. Ramirez said this isn't her first unpleasant experience with homeless, she said they've been stopping in over the three years Boombox has been open."They walk in and they see it's obviously very different in here but still a lot of them are mentally ill or on drugs so they don't quite understand," Ramirez said before she bought the building, it was a redevelopment center for homeless and convicts. At the gym, she's planning to lock the gate each day to make sure there is no more unwanted surprises.The Deputy City Manager, William Wolfe, said the city's reunited 50-60 homeless people with their families who are now caring for them. He said he is meeting with local business owners Thursday night to talk about forming a homeless task force. He said the city already has a Quality of Life Team, made up of local leaders to address these issues and seek out solutions. She played basketball, volleyball and softball in her youth and after having children she wanted to rekindle that fire. Ethan Couch, known for his "affluenza" defense in his deadly drunk driving case, was released from a Texas jail Monday after serving nearly two years behind bars for violating his probation.Couch, 20, first made headlines as a teenager when he was sentenced to probation for a drunken driving crash that killed four people and seriously injured two others.Prosecutors in that 2013 case sought 20 years in jail, but Couch received no prison time after a psychologist testified that Couch was a victim of "affluenza," a product of wealthy, privileged parents who never set limits for him.The decision by the juvenile court judge to put him on probation for 10 years outraged victims' families and anti-drunk driving advocates.In 2015, Couch violated the terms of his probation and fled to Mexico with his mother, Tonya Couch. ENCINITAS, Calif. (KGTV) -- The identity of the third victim in the Encinitas bluff collapse has been identified. According to the San Diego County Medical Examiner, 62-year-old Elizabeth Charles also died in the collapse. Her sister, Julie Davis and niece Anne Clave were also killed when the bluff gave way. A 30-foot by 25-foot slab of rock came crashing down onto Grandview Beach at about 3 p.m. Friday.Moments after the collapse, beachgoers and lifeguards began sifting through the rubble to save those caught in the rocks' path."The lifeguard was there, adjacent to the incident, felt it, heard it. It just happened to take place outside of his peripheral, as he was watching the water it happened behind him," Encinitas Lifeguard Captain Larry Giles said. "He immediately got out of the lifeguard tower, called it in, sized it up, started requesting resources and engaged in doing rescue work.
