(KGTV) - A proposed bill moving through California's legislature would — hopefully — eliminate fears of an awful driver's license photo.SB-1407 would allow drivers to have the ultimate say in their license photo. The bill says there would be an extra fee for each additional photo but didn't specify how much. (KGTV) - A destructive fire which caused .5 million in damage to the Off Road Warehouse in Kearny Mesa was arson, federal investigators announced Friday. Flames destroyed the business and 12,700-square-foot building at 7915 Balboa Ave. on March 28. San Diego Fire-Rescue investigators requested help from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to determine the origin of the fire. (KGTV) - A 3.5-magnitude near Palomar Mountain rattled parts of North San Diego County Saturday.The quake struck about 24 miles east of Temecula just before 12:30 p.m. Saturday, according to the USGS. The earthquake had a depth of about 1.6 miles.A second 3.2-magnitude shake was also recorded just minutes before in the same Aguanga, Calif., though at a depth of almost a mile."Did you feel it?" reports were posted from Temecula, Carlsbad, Vista, San Marcos, and Oceanside.No damages have been immediately reported. 540
