KIGALI, July 21 (Xinhua) -- To achieve win-win situation in Africa, Chinese companies have to build business and develop local partnership in Africa, said Jack Ma, founder of Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba, on Friday.
The two leaders agreed to maintain close high-level exchanges and promote strategic mutual trust.
A location will be announced at a later date, according to the statement.

It added that private sector is now the growth engine of China, accounting for 70 percent of economic output. A recovery in this part of the economy is therefore more sustainable.
