But on Monday, riders were on the lookout for a pair of goats.According to the New York's Metro Transportation Authority, a pair of goats were spotted roaming subway tracks in Brooklyn on Monday morning.According to WNBC-TV, the goats were first spotted on N train tracks near Green-Wood Cemetery. Police and animal control responded to capture the two animals.The MTA originally said that the goats were not affecting service, but WNBC later reported that trains were rerouted to allow officials to capture the goats.The goats were reportedly tranquilized and taken to an animal shelter.In a tweet on Monday, the MTA called the two delinquent goats " very baaaaad boys."  792

Two Kansas girls whose disappearance from a Kansas home triggered a multi-state Amber Alert on Saturday were found safe in Oklahoma.The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said Saturday night that it has recovered the girls and taken their father, 40-year-old Donny Jackson of Leavenworth, Kansas, into custody.Earlier on Saturday, The Kansas Bureau of Investigation said that Jackson may have been involved in the homicides of two other children, who were found dead at the home from where the girls had been abducted.The Leavenworth County Sheriff's Office responded to a call at a home around 1 p.m. local time Saturday, where deputies located two deceased juvenile males and discovered two young girls were missing.It's unknown exactly when the double homicide or the abduction occurred. Two men are in jail after police say they stole a car -– with an infant inside.About 7:30 p.m. Monday, officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the parking lot of a business in Boise, Idaho.“Evidence indicates that a car had been left running outside of a store, when it was stolen by two men,” according to a Boise Police Department news release. A 6-month-old infant was in the car when it was stolen. A parent pursued the car, until the driver stopped several blocks away.“One of the men exited with the child, who was still strapped into the infant car seat.  (The parent) safely took the child from the man. Thankfully, the child was unharmed,” the release stated.The suspect, later identified as Raymundo Gutierrez, 23, of Boise, was detained at the scene until officers arrived.  The other male fled in the stolen vehicle, officers said.Gutierrez was booked into the Ada County Jail and charged with accessory to grand theft, a felony.About 1:00 a.m. Tuesday, Boise Police received information that the stolen vehicle had been recovered in Canyon County -- and the driver, later identified as Robert DeShazo, was booked into the Canyon County Jail. He’s charged with felony possession of stolen property and driving under the influence, a misdemeanor.  Authorities said both suspects could face additional charges.          1396

The man, identified as Robert S, was playing the IGT Wheel of Fortune Ultra Wheels penny slot when he hit it big, according to the casino. “I’m still in shock. I couldn’t sleep for two days. I was up tossing and turning and thought they would call me and say the machine malfunctioned,” Robert said. A photo taken after the big win shows Robert standing next to the machine.
