SAN DIEGO (CNS) - The wife of an active-duty Marine stationed at Camp Pendleton is due in court Thursday on charges of sexually abusing a 15-year-old foreign exchange student who was living with her family on the base.Nicole Marie Wilson, 22, is accused of engaging in sex acts with the unidentified teen on Sept. 20 against his wishes, according to court documents.A detention hearing is scheduled Thursday morning for Wilson, who pleaded not guilty Tuesday to a single count of sexual abuse of a minor in San Diego federal court.Court documents allege Wilson sat next to the boy on the living room couch and asked him to promise that he wouldn't tell her husband, no matter "whatever happens tonight."After their initial encounter made him uncomfortable, the boy told investigators he went to sleep and awoke to Wilson touching him, then performing oral sex on him. She asked him twice whether she should continue, and one time he said, "No," yet she continued anyway, then later had sexual intercourse with him, according to the criminal complaint.She later "apologized" to him "and acknowledged" that it was not consensual, the documents allege.Wilson allegedly told Naval Criminal Investigative Service investigators she had been drinking on Sept. 20 and "blacked out" while watching television with the boy, but denied anything sexual occurred. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A dog walk in South Park turned frantic as a couple tries to fend off a bee attack that didn't end when they got inside their home.Grape Street, 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. Patricia Young, her husband, and two dogs were near Marlton drive, just about done with their walk, when one of the dogs started sniffing a bush."All of a sudden I felt a really sharp stabbing in my arm. Then I heard buzzing near my eye and swatted at it. That’s when my husband started to get stung," said Young.Young says she didn’t see a swarm but heard a constant, loud buzzing."My husband is swatting and his glasses fall of. I pick them up, and he’s getting attacked ... Take my mask off and swing it around my back, and I get stung on my back," said Young.Young says her husband picked up one of the dogs, and they scrambled to get home, about 2 blocks away."We’re kind of yelping and squealing and swatting, and then get home, and it's that sense of, 'We’re safe,'" said Young,Not so fast. Inside the home, she found a bee on one of the dogs, and then one in the bathroom."When I came out to the kitchen, the bees were congregating in the light in the kitchen," said Young.In the end, they killed about eight bees. Their nine-year-old Maltese mix had to be treated by a veterinarian for a possible sting. SAN DIEGO (CNS) - The two owners and two employees of San Diego-based pornographic website GirlsDoPorn.com were charged with federal sex trafficking counts Thursday, with prosecutors alleging the defendants coerced and threatened the victims into appearing in online pornography videos.According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, numerous young women who initially responded to ads for modeling jobs were deceived by the defendants to appear in adult films.Once the victims learned the work involved pornography, the defendants allegedly told them the videos would be distributed to private clients, and not disseminated on the internet.RELATED: San Diego porn case: Civil trial against porn website operators beginsProsecutors say the women were "pressured into signing documents without reviewing them and then threatened with legal action or outing if they failed to perform." Others were not allowed to leave the shoots -- which were conducted at various San Diego hotels -- until the videos were completed, which sometimes involved sex acts the victims initially declined to perform, prosecutors say.Website owners Michael James Pratt, 36, and Matthew Isaac Wolfe, 37, are charged along with porn actor Ruben Andre Garcia, 31, and administrative assistant Valerie Moser, 37. The charges carry a maximum penalty of life in prison, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.Prosecutors say Pratt remains outstanding, while Wolfe was arrested Tuesday, and Garcia was arrested Wednesday. It was not clear when Moser was arrested, but the U.S. Attorney's Office said she is slated to be arraigned in San Diego federal court on Friday.In addition, FBI agents executed a search warrant Wednesday night at an office in the Spreckels Theatre Building in downtown San Diego, where prosecutors say the website operated from. The group tries to attend more than 150 events a year."There's nothing better than going up and getting a high-five from the kids," says local commading officer Todd Mullen.Though over 100 strong, the Imperial Sands Garrison is only part of a much larger network. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Families worried about paying back rent due to the pandemic are getting more time.Tuesday, the San Diego City Council voted 5-4 to extendthe rent repayment period for commercial and residential renters to December 30, giving renters who have lost income due to the COVID-19 pandemic a few extra months to repay back rent.Council President Georgette Gomez's initial motion Tuesday would haveextended the repayment period for the eviction moratorium to March 31, 2021.Councilwoman Jennifer Campbell amended the motion to the December date as a compromise.On March 25, the council voted unanimously to begin an emergencyeviction moratorium for renters. The moratorium requires renters to demonstrate through documentation that the pandemic has caused "substantial loss of income," according to city staff.Renters are also required to follow the rules in leases, but landlords cannot evict a tenant for nonpayment due to COVID-19.During the meeting, the council heard from landlords and realtors who say renters are taking advantage of the situation."The blanket moratorium has given criminals a free pass at the full expense of landlords, this is not a one size fits all," said property manager Claudia Cooper.Other callers said it would be a disaster to evict families just as children are starting school from home."Folks will be evicted and this pandemic won't be over anytime soon as the presentation mentioned, a lot of children are going to be learning from home and to be evicted right as school starts is just going to exacerbate the effect this pandemic has had on our kids," said one caller.Many callers said evictions must be prevented to avoid adding to the homeless problem."Many people have been out of work and eviction could mean death," said another caller.The moratorium on evictions expires September 30.
