The FWC says it gave the organization a written warning for a permit discrepancy in 2015.The USDA also requires licenses for exhibitors of warm-blooded animals that perform for the public, and conducts routine and unannounced inspections to ensure organizations adhere to its regulations.Although Predators Unlimited is licensed by the USDA to exhibit animals, their inspections records and violations could not be found by CNN in the USDA's databases. CNN has asked the USDA if Predators Unlimited has had any violations, but has not yet heard back.This is not the first time Predators Unlimited has been the center of controversy for renting out its exotic animals for performances.
