Bachman said he hoped the initiative would inject some happiness into his community and help people connect with police in a positive way."We see a lot of negativity on the news, in our job, but why not accent the positive?" he said. PAPILLION, Nebraska — Papillion Police have arrested an 82-year-old man for third-degree sexual assault of a child and child abuse. According to police, there were several incidents in 2011 and 2012 involving a juvenile victim and Eugene Schneekloth. The alleged victim was helping out with Scheekloth's wife's in-home day care, Janet Schneekloth Day Care, which is now under investigation. Schneekloth will have his bond set this week in Sarpy County. 470

Toymaker Hasbro said Wednesday that it's in the process of removing the "Trolls World Tour Giggle and Sing Poppy" from the market and will be offering customers a replacement doll of the popular female character. The doll had been designed to giggle when placed in a sitting position, but some parents complain the sound activation button is inappropriately placed between the doll's legs. In a statement to the Providence Journal, Hasbro spokeswoman Julie Duffy said that the placement of the sensor wasn't intentional.
