Human remains were found in several bags along the beach in Seattle. Police responded to a call last week of a suspicious bag on a beach on the west side of Seattle. Daines says if D.C. truly wants representation, Virginia or Maryland could annex parts of the city where people live. Strauss couldn't disagree more. "We want to join the union. What could be more patriotic than that?" Strauss said.
