SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - The Utah Amber Alert has been activated for a 6-year-old boy who was abducted Saturday night.Investigators are looking for Terran Alexander Butler and his mother, 43-year-old Emily Jolley.Terran is Caucasian, 4 feet tall, 40 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing black gym shorts, hiking boots, and a green t-shirt with blue sleeves.Jolley is 5 feet 8 inches tall, 140 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A 22-year-old motorcyclist was hospitalized in critical condition this morning with injuries he sustained in a crash with a Toyota Rav4 in Mira Mesa.The man was riding northbound on Camino Ruiz at Marauder Way at 10:30 p.m. Friday when he broadsided the Rav4, according to Officer Robert Heims of the San Diego Police Department, who added one driver ran a red light, but it was unclear which one.The motorcyclist sustained multiple fractures and was taken to a hospital in critical condition, Heims said.The driver of the Toyota was not hurt. 569

SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A 22-year-old man was fatally stabbed during a fight in the College Area, police said Thursday.The stabbing was reported shortly before 7:35 p.m. Wednesday at a home near 71st Street and Mohawk Street, about two blocks north of El Cajon Boulevard, San Diego police Lt. Matt Dobbs said.Officers responded and found a man suffering from at least one stab wound to his upper torso, Dobbs said. The victim, whose name was withheld pending family notification, was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 8:56 p.m. Wednesday.Investigators determined the victim was hosting a gathering at the residence when some a disagreement began, prompting the him to ask people to leave, the lieutenant said. About 30 minutes later, some of the attendees returned and a fight broke out, during which the victim was stabbed.The suspects drove off in two vehicles, one described as a silver sedan and the other as a tan- or gold-colored sedan, Dobbs said.No detailed descriptions of the suspects were immediately available. 1043

"But that did not happen for customers, who bought tickets, memberships, and vacation packages for Defendants' attractions. Instead, Defendants failed to honor and perform their duties, responsibilities, and obligations under their uniform standardized agreements with their customers, thereby breaching their contracts, but nonetheless pocketed their customers' money and converted it for their own use."A similar class-action lawsuit was filed against SeaWorld last month in San Diego federal court. (KGTV) -- California State Senator Brian Jones tested positive for coronavirus, he announced on Twitter Wednesday.Jones said he learned of his positive test result after returning to Sacramento for the end of the session.According to Jones’ Twitter, the State Senator plans to take additional tests to rule out a possible false positive.“In the meantime, he’ll be following CDC and CDPH protocols for those receiving a positive test result,” a spokesperson said.The news comes as 228 more people throughout San Diego County tested positive for the virus Wednesday.So far, more than 37,000 people in San Diego County have tested positive for COVID-19. 677
