She was terrified," said husband Omar Torres.Torres says she found the front unlocked and the French doors leading into the family room open."They had kicked it open and splintered it up near the top," he said.Inside the house, the bedroom drawers were open and Shannon's jewelry boxes were gone and along with them, dozens of pieces of jewelry.Among the missing items: a pearl necklace from her aunt that Shannon wore at her wedding, diamond earrings from her husband for their anniversary, and a silver-and-gold bird necklace. The latter was a Mother's Day present. The couple have three sons, ages eight, six and three."It's very sad. Heartbreaking," said Torres.That feeling was made more intense when they realized what else was in the jewelry boxes: a yellow-and-white flash drive on a key ring and a black SanDisk memory stick. (KGTV) — FBI investigators are searching for two men wanted for robbing an East County bank last month.Two men entered the Citi Bank location at 402 Fletcher Parkway in El Cajon on Dec. 27, 2019, just before 1:30 p.m. One men approached a teller and made a verbal demand for money while the second suspect remained in the bank lobby.After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, the suspects left the bank on foot in an unknown direction.The first suspect is described as a Caucasian man, in his late 40s to 50s, about 5-foot-9, with slender build. He had dark, possibly dyed, hair and a dark handlebar mustache. He was last seen wearing reading glasses, a camouflaged baseball cap, long sleeve blue shirt with a short sleeve red shirt on top, and boots.The second suspect was also described as a Caucasian man, in his late 30s, standing about 5-foot 10-inches tall, and with slender build. Dominica Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit confirmed on his Facebook page on Monday that he was rescued as Hurricane Maria hit his small island nation.  Hurricane Maria made landfall just before 10 p.m. ET on the island of Dominica with top winds of 160 MPH. Skerrit's roof was one of many that were ripped off as Maria came on shore. "My roof is gone. I am at the complete mercy of the hurricane. House is flooding," Skerrit said just before being rescued. Hurricane Maria is the second Category 5 hurricane to strike the Caribbean in the last two weeks. Hurricane Maria is following a similar path as Hurricane Irma, which devastated parts of the Caribbean before coming on shore in Florida on Sept. 10.Local radio reports said that parts of Dominica are flooded, and there has been roof failure at a local hospital. Dominica has a total population of 73,000 residents.  934
