BONITA (KGTV) -- Neighbors in Bonita say their street is becoming congested with "toll dodgers" - drivers who are going out of their way to avoid paying the .55 toll on State Route 125.   It's not just the traffic buildup that neighbors find concerning, it's that these drivers are often speeding - right past an elementary school, parks and horse tracks. In a community meeting Tuesday, the City shared plans to fix the issues on Briarwood and San Miguel Ranch roads. RELATED: Drivers dodging tolls on SR 125 cause problems in South Bay neighborhood"There's a lot of concern about people trying to evade the tolls," said Greg  Cox, with the San Diego County Board of Supervisors. As a result, Cox said the City lowered the speed limit on San Miguel Road to 25 mph and placed a stop sign at a popular horse crossing. They also plan to intall a traffic signal at Sunnyside Elementary School. "If the County can secure a grant for the funding, that could be done within the next year," Cox said. John Scott has been in the neighborhood since the mid 1980s. BARABOO, Wis. — Wisconsin school officials are launching an investigation after a photo of a large group of male students from Baraboo School District holding up what appears to be a Nazi salute surfaced online.The social media post went out around 9 p.m. on Twitter and has since has been deleted reported Channel 3000. The photo depicts a large group of white, male students posing on the front steps of a building, seemingly before a school dance. BISMARCK, N.D. — A North Dakota state legislative candidate who died from COVID-19 in October was elected Tuesday night. David Andahl died on October 5 after he contracted the coronavirus and had been sick for several days. Andahl had beaten the longtime incumbent during the June Republican primary.Shortly after his death, Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem said Andahl's name would remain on the ballot, and if he won, the office would be considered vacant. Under state law, a committee representing the party of the previous office-holder would fill the opening by appointment.However, voters have the option to petition for a special election following the legislative session if they are not happy with who is appointed. 733

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- Five people, including two elementary school students, were arrested after police investigated online threats made against another student. The Bloomington Police Department began investigating after a Fairview Elementary School representative notified police about a threatening Instagram video on Feb. 17. The video showed two students making threats and showing an AK-47-type weapon. One of the boys in the video made threats toward a female student and her brother. He said the gun was real and the two people were going to get "lit up," police say.In the investigation, police learned the threats were made after an argument about a dating relationship between the parties. Police then went to a house to locate the weapon in the video. At the house, a woman, Laquita S. Perry-Leverston, 33, went to the trunk of a car, where she retrieved the weapon and a pistol. Both were BB guns, police say. After a warrant was obtained, police began searching the house. One person in the house, a 17-year-old boy, told officers they weren't going to touch him, according to police. He began resisting and was arrested by officers. The 17-year-old was handcuffed and placed into a patrol vehicle, where he tried to kick out a window and threatened to kill an officer, police say.Two adults, Paris R. Leverston Sr., 37, and Laquita, became upset when the 17-year-old was arrested. According to Bloomington police, "Attempts were made to explain to her the reason why, but both adults continued to be loud and disruptive."
