Included in the reforms would be a mandate that companies disclose the full cost of each ticket, including additional fees, up front.In the current environment, most ticket sites show only the cost of the ticket up front, but add the fees after the customer has begun the process of purchasing the tickets.San Diego Congressman Scott Peters is on the committee considering the bill and questioned leaders from the major ticketing companies during a congressional hearing Wednesday. Attached property sales increased 7.3 percent from 983 in April to 1,055 in May. Month-over-month sales of single-family homes increased by just 0.7 percent from 2,023 in April to 2,037 in May. Property sales, which plunged during the winter, have had steady increases since January. The price of single-family homes rose 1.2 percent from 2,200 in April to 0,000 in May. Attached property prices grew 3.3 percent from 0,000 in April to 4,000 in May. ``Sellers still have the upper hand in this market,'' said SDAR President Kevin Burke. ``However, buyers who take the time to research neighborhoods should find more homes for sale than they would have a year ago.'' SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Authorities Tuesday identified the man killed during a Jet Ski crash over the weekend.According to the San Diego County medical examiner, 21-year-old Darius Kennedy died after a boat struck his Jet Ski.The medical examiner says he disappeared under water but emerged. People in the water helped Kennedy, who was taken to the hospital with injuries to his head and torso. He later died.The crash happened near the north end of Ski Beach around 6:30 Saturday.The driver of the boat that crashed into the Jet Ski was questioned and the boat taken in for evidence. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Authorities are investigating after a body was found floating in the ocean off the coast of San Diego Monday afternoon. According to the U.S. Coast Guard, the body was discovered in the water approximately five miles off the coast of Mission Bay around noon. The body was found floating in the water with a life jacket nearby by a good Samaritan, the Coast Guard says. A second vest was also located in the water.
