TUCSON, Ariz. — Police in Marana, Arizona are investigating after a man was reportedly holding a gun in his lap at a Starbucks near Cortaro and I-10 Saturday morning.Marana Police say around 8:45 a.m. there was a report of the man having his finger on the trigger of an un-holstered gun. The man was detained without incident when officers arrived. No one was hurt.Authorities say the man, 51-year-old James Vincent Delaney, was arrested and booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Facility on felony Disorderly Conduct and Weapons Misconduct related charges. 592

Two videos of a man passed out with a semi-automatic rifle and other guns in his vehicle in Las Vegas have gone viral.According to the man who recorded the videos, the man was slumped over a steering wheel in a parking lot near a McDonald's restaurant about five miles from the Las Vegas strip.The first video shows a group of paramedics with MedicWest gathered around the car. Mike Lee announced Friday that he has tested positive for COVID-19.In a statement released on Twitter, Lee says he experienced symptoms Thursday morning and took a test on the advice of doctors.
