You need to process that sample, you need to maintain the integrity of your target of interest, and then you have to have the appropriate detection,” said Schwab.But he and Dr. Pepper agree that this type of testing could be scaled up and implemented at universities and other populated facilities where COVID-19 could potentially spread.“Wastewater epidemiology has the potential to be scalable,” said Schwab.“Perhaps targeting high-risk areas like nursing homes. This is the second time our beloved Timesha has been pronounced dead — but this time, she isn't coming back," Beauchamp's family said in a statement.On Aug. 23, Southfield Fire Department paramedics responded to a home after receiving a call about an unresponsive woman. When they arrived, the department's fire chief said Beauchamp wasn't breathing. After about 30 minutes of standard revival efforts, first responders determined that Beauchamp was deceased."Because there was no indication of foul play, as per standard operating procedure, the Oakland County Medical Examiner's Office was contacted and given the medical data. The patient was again determined to have expired and the body was released directly to the family to make arrangements with a funeral home of their choosing," the chief said in a statement in August.Hours later, the staff at the James H. A 12-year-old Chinese girl who went missing from a tour group at an airport outside Washington D.C. — sparking an investigation into a possible kidnapping — was located Friday in the New York City borough of Queens, safe and in the custody of her parents, the Metro Washington Airport Authority Police said.---EARLIER STORY: A search is underway for a 12-year-old girl who was allegedly abducted from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Arlington, Virginia, while visiting the United States from China.An Amber Alert has been issued for Ma Jingjing, who was reported missing from her tour group on Thursday morning.
