SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Several grocery stores are implementing special shopping hours to make sure those most vulnerable to the coronavirus pandemic get supplies without worry.Target, Whole Foods, Albertsons, and others have started opening an hour early to certain groups so they can shop without stress.Here's a list of where those at-risk populations can shop before the general public:COSTCO: Will open special hours for those 60 and up effective on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8-9 a.m. No guests will be admitted.Target: Opening each Wednesday to "vulnerable guests," including the elderly and those with underlying health concerns, an hour early.Walmart: Walmart will offer hour-long senior shopping every Tuesday from March 24 through April 28, for customers aged 60 and older. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — Singer-songwriter Alessa Cara joined Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson this week in sending condolences to the family of the 12-year-old girl and her mother killed in a wrong-way crash on Interstate 805.Answering a Twitter message from Angelo Pizarro, whose sister, Aryana, and mother, Aileen, were killed in the I-805 crash, Cara told him to check for a private message. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- SeaWorld San Diego’s Skyride reopened Wednesday after a ‘”gust of significant wind” caused the ride to close in mid-February. According to SeaWorld, the park, along with the ride’s manufacturer and the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health inspected various parts of the ride over the last several months, including the towers, gondolas, ride cables and various other equipment. SeaWorld says the ride’s communication cable was also replaced.
