COSTA MESA, Calif. (KGTV) -- Korean-made vehicles rank at the top of the list for quality in 2019 while many other brands haven't improved, according to a new report by J.D. Power. The report also found that problems with driver assistance systems are increasing as the advance systems become more common. Overall, the highest-ranking brands include Genesis, Kia and Hyundai, which are all produced by Korean manufacturer Hyundai Motor Group. Domestic brands like Ford, Lincoln, Chevrolet, Dodge and Buick all performed better than the industry average, but overall are close to the average as far as quality. According to the report, all European brands fell below average for quality, especially falling behind in infotainment and electronic categories. COLUMBUS, Indiana — A father found mold in a Capri Sun pouch last month that he was going to give his child. Cameron Hardwick, of Columbus, Indiana, posted a video of the discovery in the Capri Sun pouch on Sept. 24. He was going to give the Capri Sun to his 3-year-old child, and he found that one pouch was lighter and different than others.Hardwick cut the pouch open and poured it into a glass, where some kind of mold was visible. His post has more than 21 million views, and 88,000 shares on Facebook. "To say we are irate would be an understatement... we don't give these to our children often but will NEVER again!" Hardwick wrote. After the video was posted, he contacted Kraft and somebody picked up the pouch. Kraft recently contacted him to tell him it was mold, caused by a micropuncture.A search of "Capri Sun Mold" shows many other parents with similar issues of mold in Capri Sun pouches.On Capri Sun's website, the company has a Frequently Asked Questions section about mold. It says, in part: 1053

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. - It's art with a message, and the purposeful signs can be found throughout Middle Tennessee.The word "vote" is written on each of Paul Collins' artistic animal signs. The art pieces range in shapes sizes and species. Some are even hidden from plain sight while others can't be missed.It's become quite the scavenger hunt for some on the lookout for these signs."I look around and place them by bus stops," Collins said. "I look for the corners that have 'vote for me' signs because that’s fair game."Collins, an Austin Peay State University art professor, started the project 100 days before election day. Although he only planned to create one a day counting down until November 3, more and more people started requesting the signs and now he's made over 200. The signs can be spotted from Springfield to Nashville to Brentwood and Clarksville.Collins is a New Yorker who moved to Tennessee a decade ago and has used this project to see his new home state."A lot of this is getting to know your city," said Collins. "it’s been great to my family part of this was just a love letter to the city and go to places I haven’t been."Collins is doing all of this out of his own pocket and gives away the signs for free. He says as long as it inspires residents to register and vote, it's a job well done."Vote that's it, it's really simple," Collins said, "Exercise the joy and responsibility of being American and vote."The voter registration deadline is October 5. Countless times, every day across the country, dispatchers field calls for help that can be hard to answer.In Eugene, Oregon, sometimes the answer is people like Dan Felts.“Sometimes, what we need in our most desperate hour is somebody to talk to,” Felts said.In Eugene and its neighboring city of Springfield, when a non-emergency, non-criminal call comes in through 911 or a non-emergency line to a dispatcher, they can send a mental health professional like Felts, instead of police.“Make sure people have access to resources, other than law enforcement, when they’re having mental health crisis,” Felts explained.Felts is a member of CAHOOTS, which stands for Crisis Assistance Helping out on the Streets."We don’t show up with weaponry, we don’t show up with handcuffs,” Felts said.The belief is unarmed CAHOOTS teams of crisis workers and medics can be a better response to people struggling with issues like mental health or emotional crisis."When a police officer goes and they look like me, gun, badge, you know it’s a little demonstrative and sometimes it has the tendency to escalate the situation,” said Eugene Police Chief Chris Skinner. "When somebody like CAHOOTS goes, it’s people who are kind of dressed the same and look the same. They just have a softer approach, and it tends to deescalate things."“There are lots of these kind of call types that are non-violent in nature; they’re simply somebody crying out for help,” says Ben Brubaker, director at White Bird Clinic.The clinic is a non-profit that provides an array of services like counseling, dental care, and other services to people in need in the Eugene area. It’s run CAHOOTS since the late 80s. CLAY COUNTY, Mo. — A man is in custody after leading multiple law enforcement agencies on a chase while riding an ATV naked. KCPD told Scripps station KSHB in Kansas City that Shoal Creek patrol officers were sent out on a call involving a naked man driving a yellow ATV through yards just after 2:15 p.m.When they located him, they tried to pull him over but he refused to stop and fled through a field.He eventually made his way onto I-435 and began driving fast going south in the northbound lanes.He got off I-435 at 210 Highway, where he exited onto Searcy Creek Parkway and drove back east toward train tracks south of 210 Highway.As the suspect approached the old Sam's Town Casino, police said he was thrown from the ATV after he struck two railway junction boxes.He got up and tried to run from officers, but was taken into custody and to a local hospital for treatment.The chase ended just before 3:45 p.m.The police activity you’ve been seeing along 152 Hwy, I-435 and now 210 Hwy is all because of a naked man riding a yellow ATV who refused to stop for police. ??
