(WKBW) — It’s a conversation no one wants to have, but for many it’s necessary.“You don’t know what’s going to happen if one of us is left alone,” said Amy Paoletti of Williamsville.Getting life insurance in a COVID-19 world has Paoletti and her husband looking at their options.“You see so many people of all ages dying and no one has anything covered because it just happened,” she said.Paoletti says with owning her own business, Amy’s Fine Jewelry in Williamsville, New York, and her husband working in healthcare, they’re both in contact with many people daily.They’re looking at their life insurance options in case something were to happen to either.“They look at your age, your health and your lifestyle,” said Demetrius Mack, owner of MackBarr Group. CARLSBAD, Calif. (KGTV) - A burglary victim is making a plea for the return of a priceless family heirloom after thieves forced open her front door and raided her Carlsbad home. Joanna Bradford returned home last Thursday and saw her front door open and damaged. "My heart started beating, immediately nervous and called police," said Bradford.Bradford eventually discovered a ransacked bathroom and bedroom. A new iPad and some jewelry had been stolen, including a gold-and-silver Omega watch belonging to her father, who passed away in 2013. He bought it in the 70s and wore it to work every day."I would put it on, look down, and see my dad. He was with me whenever I was wearing it," said Bradford.Bradford's Ring doorbell camera revealed clues about who made that watch vanish.Just before 10:30 a.m., a man wearing a blue shirt and sunglasses rings the doorbell with his knuckle. He then leaves and comes back with a backpack. That's when the motion-activated camera stops.In the next video, that man and another man are seen emerging from the home with backpacks, before getting into a vehicle, possibly a light-colored GMC Acadia SUV, and driving off. (KGTV) - A brush fire broke out Friday afternoon in the hills east of Burbank.Burbank firefighters and police officers closed roads near Sunset Canyon Drive and Harvard Road about 2 p.m.The location of the fire is above a residential neighborhood. CASA DE ORO (CNS) - A person was found dead today under suspicious circumstances in a residential neighborhood near Mount Helix.The fatality in the 4400 block of Carmen Drive in Casa De Oro was reported shortly before 1:30 p.m., according to sheriff's officials.After deputies confirmed the death, homicide detectives were called in to take charge of the investigation, Lt.
