Supporters of President Donald Trump are planning on holding rallies this weekend in Washington, D.C.In what’s being called the Million MAGA March, supporters of the president are expected to show support of Trump’s claims of voter fraud. No credible evidence of voter fraud has been exposed. Several lawsuits filed by the Trump campaign claiming irregularities in the 2020 election have been dismissed.A handful of groups are posting on social media about gathering in locations around D.C. and the country Saturday afternoon. Groups include March for Trump, Stop the Steal, and Women for America First, according to local media.Some are suggesting they will march from the Supreme Court to the White House on Saturday, and there is a permit application for a gathering in Freedom Plaza.When asked Thursday about the rallies, White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany said she expected a large turnout."I think it's going to be quite large, um, from what I'm hearing, don't have an estimate for you," McEnany said during an interview on Fox News.D.C.’s mayor said the city is preparing for Saturday, same as they did last weekend after the Associated Press and others called the presidential election in favor of Joe Biden. 1235

The acting director of the Office of Government Ethics said in a letter to a Democratic member of Congress that the White House Counsel's office is looking into whether Jared Kushner violated any laws when he met with business entities which later loaned more than 0 million to his company.In the letter dated March 22, OGE director David Apol said, "The White House informed me that they had already begun this process. I have asked the White House to inform me of the results of that process."CNN has reached out to the White House Counsel's office and Kushner for comment.Apol sent the letter to Illinois Democratic Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi, who wrote regarding a variety of ethical questions around Kushner's White House role.In a letter dated March 14, Apol also told Connecticut Democratic Sen. Taco Bell said on Thursday that it is eliminating one of its most iconic and long-time menu items from its list of options.The Mexican Pizza will be removed from the Taco Bell menu starting November 5. Beto O'Rourke, topping him 52% to 45% among likely voters, a new CNN poll conducted by SSRS finds.Just 9% of likely Texas voters say there's a chance they could change their mind about the Senate contest before Election Day, although O'Rourke's voters are more apt to be locked in to their choice (92% say their minds are made up) than are Cruz's backers (87% say they've made a final decision).The two candidates are set to debate Tuesday night, and O'Rourke will participate in a CNN town hall later this week. O'Rourke's challenge has drawn tens of millions in donations, forcing Republicans to play defense in one of the few Republican Senate seats in play this election cycle. President Donald Trump even plans to host a rally for his former rival's benefit.The President could be an asset among those planning to vote in Texas. Trump's approval rating is net negative statewide, with 50% of adults disapproving of his handling of the presidency vs. 41% who approve. Among likely voters, however, 49% approve of Trump's job performance and 48% disapprove.The gender gap in this race is tighter than what CNN has measured in nationwide polling on the House generic ballot and in other Senate contests. In four other critical battlegrounds, the gender gap has been 30 points or higher in three states, and stood at 21 in the fourth. In this contest, it's a narrower 18 points. O'Rourke holds just a 2-point edge among women, the smallest for a Democrat among women in the states CNN has polled so far. The next closest is Jacky Rosen's 14-point lead among women in Nevada earlier this month in her race against Republican Sen. Dean Heller.In Texas, the race gap appears more meaningful than the gender gap. Latino voters break sharply in O'Rourke's favor, 62% to 35%, while white voters favor Cruz by a 2-to-1 margin, 66% to 33%.Likely voters in Texas place immigration at the top of their issue list: 26% call it the most important issue in deciding their vote, while 23% call the economy their top priority. Cruz leads among both sets of voters. O'Rourke has a wide edge among the 19% of voters who call health care their top issue. Eleven percent say their top issue is national security, 8% gun policy and 5% the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election.Both Senate candidates hold net-positive favorability ratings with voters in Texas generally, and that holds among those most likely to vote. TAMPA, Florida — Police said they got a big win Friday night after they were able to arrest a man wanted in connection to installing credit card skimming devices across the Tampa Bay area.Police on scene told ABC Action News they were able to take the skimmer into evidence after a customer at the Chase Bank at 2001 N. Dale Mabry pulled it off the drive-up ATM while getting cash out.That customer flagged an officer down and showed him the skimmer. What that customer didn’t know is that undercover officers were already in pursuit of the man. Officers on scene say he was wanted by multiple agencies.The man, who has been identified as Yanier Manso Caballero from Hialeah, ditched his black Mercedes in the McDonald’s parking lot next to the bank, kicked off his flip flops, and took off running as officers tried to make an arrest.The police helicopter was able to lead K-9 officers to a heat signature of a man inside a shed on West Cherry Street, about a quarter mile away from the bank. The man was taken into custody a short time later.The customer that found the skimmer told officers on scene that he saw at least two other customers get cash out before he found the skimming device. There is no information, at this point, about how long the device might have been on the ATM. 1305
