LOS ANGELES (CNS) - A storm system swollen with moisture from an atmospheric river will bring rain to Southern California Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday, prompting the National Weather Service to issue a flash flood watch for all burn areas in Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties. LONDON — Scottish police say the individual shot by armed police during an incident in Glasgow has died and that six other people including a police officer are in hospital being treated for their injuries.
