SAN MARCOS, Calif. (KGTV) - A San Marcos woman is speaking out for the first time about her ,000,000 claim against San Diego County.She told 10News that two sheriff's deputies knocked on her door in the middle of the night last August for a welfare check.  There was no problem and they left but she said Deputy Richard Fischer returned alone an hour later, saying he needed to use her restroom; then told her she was cute and hugged her, several times."It wasn't an okay hug.  I was stunned, shocked.  It was very fast and confusing."She resisted. "Yeah, I felt very vulnerable, intimidated, felt weak. I felt little.  It's just a mess! Everything is a mess!   This is hard to do. He shouldn't have come back to my house and I don't ... everything's a mess!"Three months later, she said she's still frightened."Would I open the door anymore? No. I think he's bad for law enforcement and bad for me. I think he's a bad guy!"Dep. Fischer was placed on administrative duties after the complaint was filed.  An investigation is ongoing, now with two more women talking to investigators.Another San Marcos woman told a similar story.  An Alpine woman said she was arrested on a questionable charge, handcuffed, and fondled while in restraints. 1329

Search and rescue operations are underway off the coast of Japan for a U.S. Marine Corps F/A-18 fighter jet and KC-130 refueling tanker involved in a mishap, according to ABC News. Five people were onboard the tanker while two were onboard the jet. One person has so far been rescued. Officials later announced on Twitter that the person rescued was being evaluated as the search for the six missing Marines continues. UPDATE:One of the personnel involved in the mishap is being evaluated by competent medical authorities at @MCASIwakuni. SANTEE (CNS) - A dispute between a 50-year-old man and his 49-year-old sister at an East County trailer park escalated Tuesday into a stabbing that sent the woman to a hospital and left her brother under arrest, authorities reported.The assault in the 8700 block of North Magnolia Avenue in Santee was reported shortly before 6 a.m., according to sheriff's officials.Medics took the victim to a trauma center for treatment of non-life-threatening cuts to her face, Lt. Chris Steffen said.Deputies found the 6-foot-tall, 230-pound suspect, identified as Joseph Bodenstadt, on Mission Gorge Road and took him into custody.Bodenstadt was booked into San Diego Central Jail on suspicion of attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated mayhem and resisting law enforcement personnel.The reason for the latter charge and the motive for the alleged assault were not immediately clear.The suspect was being held without bail pending arraignment, scheduled for Monday afternoon. 991
