YORBA LINDA (CNS) - A 40-year-old Long Beach woman is being held on possible charges including attempted murder after allegedly driving her car into a group of Black Lives Matter protesters and counter demonstrators in Yorba Linda.The BLM protest against police violence and systemic racism began at 2 p.m. Saturday on Imperial Highway and was interrupted by a much larger group of President Donald Trump supporters, who waved American flags and held pro-Trump signs.The Orange County Sheriff's Department declared the demonstration an unlawful assembly at 2:40 p.m. and ordered everyone to leave the area, Sgt. Dennis Breckner said.Tatiana Turner, a protester believed to be associated with the "Caravan of Justice" -- a car-based protest in solidarity with BLM -- was exiting the Yorba Linda Public Library parking lot when she allegedly drove her compact car through an intersection and struck a man and woman, according to OCSD PIO Carrie Braun."The man suffered two broken legs and the woman had major injuries," Breckner said. "Both were transported to a hospital for treatment of their injuries."Breckner initially identified the male victim as a BLM demonstrator, but Braun said the department is no longer sure if that was the case, saying he might have been a counter-protester.Turner was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon, Braun said.She was being held on million bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, according to Orange County jail records.Jason Mancuso, 46, of Anaheim, was arrested and jailed for refusing to leave after the unlawful assembly was declared, Braun said. Seals says her dad heard a noise in the middle of the night and thought it was just the cat playing or maybe a mouse. A couple days later, Seals got a call from her dad’s sitter who said she saw a dead copperhead a couple feet long on the kitchen floor.On the side of the snake's neck and head were claw marks and one big slash. Seals says Shelly killed the snake and made it out unscathed. (CNS) - A wind-driven brush fire that broke out on the west end of Corona in Riverside County and quickly spread into Orange County -- threatening homes in Yorba Linda and blackening 15,200 acres -- was 0% contained Tuesday.Initially called the Green Fire and later renamed the Blue Ridge Fire, the blaze was reported at 12:55 p.m. Monday adjacent to the Green River Golf Club, just off of Green River Road and the Riverside (91) Freeway, according to the Corona Fire Department.Ten homes were damaged in the blaze, but the location and extent of damage were not immediately available, according to the Orange County Fire Authority, which added that more than 1,000 firefighters were battling the blaze.Evacuations have been ordered in 5,958 homes in Chino Hills and 2,500 homes in Yorba Linda. In Brea, 276 homes were ordered evacuated, 680 homes voluntarily evacuated and no homes were damaged there, officials said.Unlike most of the day Monday, firefighters on the ground were expected to get help from helicopter water drops on Tuesday as the intense winds have lessened, Orange County Fire Authority Capt.
