(KGTV) – Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Tyrod Taylor was unable to start Sunday’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs after his lung was reportedly punctured on accident by a team doctor during pregame treatment.Sources told ESPN that Taylor was suffering from cracked ribs and a team doctor inadvertently punctured his lung while trying to administer a pain-killing injection.Taylor suffered his rib injury during last week’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals.Citing sources, ESPN reported the NFL Players Association is investigating the incident. Doctors have advised Tyrod Taylor not to play "indefinitely” due to his punctured lung. A 14-year-old from Port Huron, Michigan has been arrested in connection to a threatening comment made on the Instagram account of New England Patriots receiver Julian Edelman.According to a New York Times article, Edelman received a comment on an Instagram post late last month saying: "I'm going to shoot my school up watch the news."The New York Times reports that Edelman's assistant called 911 and police determined the sender's email and IP address was traced to Port Huron.The teen was brought in for questioning and admitted to making the threat. He was arrested and charged with making a false report of a threat of terrorism, a four-year felony in Michigan. Police say a search of his home turned up two rifles that belonged to the teen's mother. Port Huron detectives credited Edelman with bringing the threat forward.  857

(KGTV) - Neighbors who live off a quiet Rancho Pe?asquitos road say they are fed up with crime, litter, and abandoned cars steps from their front doors.Danielle Salice, who lives in the area, says the region's high cost of living is keeping her from moving. "I'm paying good money to live in a place that's beautiful, San Diego, let alone owning my condo," she said. "But I'm not being able to use my neighborhood."Salice lives in a condo complex at the end of Azuega Street in Rancho Pe?asquitos. She and her neighbors are reporting drug paraphernalia, abandoned cars, and a series of car break-ins. On Friday, there were two piles of broken car glass in the road. One man who declined to give his name said his car was broken into last month, and his daughter's softball gear was stolen. Salice said it's an ongoing problem on the road. "As a single-family person, I don't feel safe walking on this street," she said. Here's the problem - Azuaga Street is a long straightaway largely hidden from view, just south of the 56. There are no homes on the final stretch of the road - one side has a retaining wall up a hill. The other is mostly brush. It ends at a condo complex called Terra Vista. "There's no lighting, and this is an easy place to hide," Salice said. Salice said her HOA has discussed adding a gate to the complex and a guard, but they are cost prohibitive.
