Rattled by a string of explosions, which has put the city on edge for the last two weeks, a possible new explosion was reported Tuesday evening near a Goodwill store, the Austin Police Department said on its Twitter account. But after an hour of investigating, the police department said the explosion stemmed from an an incendiary device. The department said the incident was likely not connected to a previous string of explosions. One male said to be in his 30s was transported to the hospital. However, Lansford said the second man continued on a tirade and threatened the original man.At that point, with the flight ready to depart, security was called in to remove the man who refused to wear a mask.As the man got up to be escorted out, Lansford believes he took a punch at the second passenger. A brief physical scuffle occurred and Lansford ran to the front of the plane.Lansford says the flight crew handled the entire situation really well.While the original man was escorted off, the second passenger was not removed from the plane despite his participation in the fight.When contacted by FOX 13, Allegiant reiterated its position on wearing face masks on flights."Face coverings must be made of solid material, fully cover the mouth and nose, fit snugly against the face, and be secured under the chin. Prohibited coverings include those with exhalation valves, holes (such as lace or mesh), neck gaiters, and bandanas. Face shields may be worn in addition to a face covering, but not as an alternative."The flight eventually departed and arrived in Provo without any further incident.According to Mesa Police, 52-year-old Rio James Honaker was charged with disorderly conduct. Record high ocean temperatures are bringing large crowds to San Diego beaches. The warm water also has the potential to attract more stingrays and jellyfish to the area.The Scripps Institute of Oceanography reports that surface ocean temperatures reached a record 79.5 degrees Sunday, which is more than ten degrees above normal. That, combined with unseasonably hot and humid weather, brought 333,680 people to City of San Diego beaches over the weekend, city lifeguards estimate. Clarissa Anderson, executive director of the Southern California Coastal Ocean Observing System at Scripps Institute of Oceanography, said it's unclear what has led to the higher temperatures. "The last several years we really have seen these anomalous temperatures every summer," she said, adding that the hot and humid water could be playing a role.The warm waters could also attract more stingrays to plant themselves along the shallow sand and jelly fish in the water just off shore. People who don't shuffle their feet risk a sting from the ray, while jelly fish sting on contact."More people are going to the beach, warmer temperatures, nice water and so you've just got more people and more animals, higher probability of encounter," Anderson said. Anderson said it was unclear how long these high temperatures would last. She noted the county had record low ocean temperatures - based on date of year - just a few weeks ago. 1422

RAMONA, Calif. (KGTV) - A small plane crashed Monday on its approach to the Ramona Airport.The Cessna 210 was inbound to the airport at 2450 Montecito Road at 12:48 p.m. when it declared an emergency, Federal Aviation Administration officials said.The plane, which had departed from Gillespie Field, reportedly had engine failure. It crashed in the grasslands near the runway.Cal Fire crews at the scene reported the two people on board the plane were not injured. The plane did not catch fire, Cal Fire said.The FAA and National Transportation Safety Board will investigate, according to FAA officials.Ramona Airport operations continued as normal at 1:30 p.m. 669
