As voters in seven states go to the polls on Tuesday, ex-Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Bernie Sanders will hold campaign rallies in Cleveland as cases of the COVID-19 spread nationwide. On Monday, Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine announced that three cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in the Cleveland area. DeWine, who is a Republican governor who endorsed President Donald Trump in 2016, said he would not attend, but said he did not want to interfere in political rallies. The city's mayor, Frank Jackson, also said that he has no plans of banning large events. But DeWine has recently taken a stand against large events in Ohio. Last week, the governor ordered fans not to attend the Arnold Classic fitness competition, which draws thousands of bodybuilding and athletics fans to Columbus. This came despite the objections of Arnold Schwarzenegger and his staff. As results roll in from Tuesday's "Super Tuesday II" primaries, both Biden and Sanders are expected to speak before supporters just miles apart.Infectious disease expert Dr. Anthony Fauci was asked whether campaign rallies should press on amid the spread of COVID-19. Health experts said the public, especially those at a greater risk of encountering complications from coronavirus exposure, should practice in social distancing for the foreseeable future. "If you are talking about a campaign rally at a place where there is no community spread, I think the judgement to have it might be a good judgment," Fauci said. "If you want to talk about large gatherings that a place where you have community spread, I think that is a judgment call and if someone decides they want to cancel it, I would not publicly criticize them." 1704

At least 300 people have been evacuated in Kearney, Nebraska due to severe flooding, according to the city's emergency management coordinator Darrin Lewis. Those evacuated include both residents and hotel guests, Lewis said."We have not started assessing the number of structures that have been impacted by the flood waters but for the community, it's devastating," Lewis said.Lewis told CNN that although the floodwater is beginning to recede in the city, Wood River is expected to crest at a historic 17.7 feet Wednesday morning, which could cause more flooding and require additional water rescues.Multiple water rescue operations took place as many locations near I-80, which sits along the Platte River, were cut off by high water, David Pearson, Senior Service Hydrologist at NWS Omaha, told CNN Tuesday. The city, which has a population of more than 30,000, received close to 9 inches of rain Monday night causing widespread flooding throughout the region, Pearson said. Rural areas received around 5 to 6 inches of rain.No injuries were reported as of Wednesday morning, Lewis told CNN. 1104

AT&T is launching a new internet-delivered TV service Monday as it struggles with a shrinking DirecTV satellite business. The new service, AT&T TV, will have most of the same channels offered on DirecTV, but it’ll come over the internet rather than a satellite dish. AT&T has been testing the service in 13 markets and is now making it available to anyone. AT&T will send subscribers an Android streaming-TV box to use the service. The free device will also come with Netflix and other streaming apps, the way Comcast’s X1 cable box does. Additional boxes cost 0.The channel lineups and prices are comparable with what’s available from DirecTV, but AT&T TV doesn’t have NFL Sunday Ticket, a package of out-of-market football games. The company is trying to adapt to the shift to streaming video, as subscribers to traditional cable and satellite TV services fall. In May, it’s launching HBO Max, a 931

An arrest has been made after authorities say a driver intentionally rammed another car in Southern California, killing three teenage boys and injuring three others. The California Highway Patrol says the Toyota Prius was hit Sunday night in Temescal Valley, went off the road and slammed into a tree. Three boys died and three had moderate injuries. A witness followed the other car and CHP officers arrested 42-year-old Anurag Chandra of Corona in a neighborhood near the accident scene. He was booked on suspicion of murder with malice. It's unclear whether he has an attorney. 593

At least no one can complain that this fishing trip was boring.A group of fathers and sons out fishing got more action than they anticipated when a great white shark jumped out of the water next to the charter boat and stole a fish off one boy's line.Doug Nelson and his son joined a Saturday outing on Cape Cod Bay, off the coast of Massachusetts, he told CNN.One of the boys on board hooked what appeared to be a "good-sized fish," Nelson said, so he grabbed his phone to capture a shot.Instead, he filmed a close encounter with the ocean's apex predator, as a great white shark came up behind the fish the boy caught, jumped up in the air and snatched it.The Atlantic White Shark Conservancy confirmed to CNN that the shark was a great white.White sharks frequent Cape Cod BayGreat white sharks make their home in Cape Cod Bay every summer. But this summer, the sheer number of them -- and their proximity to humans -- is confounding beachgoers. In the span of one week at the end of June, researchers spotted 12 great white sharks near the bay.A few weeks later, a popular Cape Cod beach was forced to close after several sharks were photographed swimming close to shore, CNN affiliate 1201
