They expect to call a pair of banking witnesses who were granted immunity to testify and an employee for the New York Yankees.Manafort's case is the first that special counsel Robert Mueller's team has brought to trial, charging Manafort with 18 tax and banking crimes. (KGTV) — A shopping trip at a Goodwill store turned scary after the appearance of a phone somewhere it shouldn't be.The incident unfolded in late January on a Saturday afternoon at the store on Alpine Blvd. Amy says she was trying on some clothes in the dressing room. She tells us she looked down and saw a phone camera staring up at her. In a written statement, she says, "By the time I noticed, he quickly removed his phone ... As I opened the door, he walked away."By the time she put on her clothes and reported it to employees, he was gone. Detectives released a surveillance image of a man, identifying him as a person of interest.According to Amy, San Diego Sheriff deputies reviewed surveillance video and determined a man appeared to sneak his phone under the stall several times before he was finally noticed.Amy describes it as "a shock to me." She then felt even more “violated." Investigators say they do not know of any similar incidents at this or other local Goodwill stores.Taylor Herwehe is a frequent shopper at the Goodwill in Alpine. She plans to be a little more watchful and that upsets her."I should feel safe in a dressing room. Actor Hugh Keays-Byrne, who portrayed villains from George Miller's "Mad Max" movie franchise, has died. He was 73.Director Brian Trenchard-Smith, who directed Keays-Byrn in 1975's "The Man From Hong Kong," confirmed Wednesday in a Facebook post that Hugh passed away in a hospital on Tuesday."He was a fine actor and a good friend to Margaret and myself for 46 years," Trenchard-Smith wrote. "We spent many happy Sunday mornings with him, his partner Christina, and a group of fellow actors and artists (the Macao Light Company) at the house they shared in Centennial Park.
