(KGTV) — California has released guidance on allowing outdoor services, like religious services and protests, amid the coronavirus pandemic.Initially, the state released guidance for indoor religious services to be held at 25% capacity or 100 people, whichever is less. San Diego Supervisor Nathan Fletcher said Monday that the guidance has been expanded to not only outdoor religious services, but cultural services, constitutionally-protected activities, and weddings provided physical distancing is practiced."That remains in place for indoor services, but they have expanded that outdoor services can occur provided that they can maintain physical distance between individuals. So they're allowing whatever the natural surroundings allow for provided that you can physically distance between individuals. (KGTV) — A new challenger is approaching the video game market, and it's aiming to become the Netflix of video games.Google Tuesday introduced a new video game streaming service called Stadia. The platform promises to deliver gamers instant access to games on TV, mobile devices, or desktop computers in resolutions up to 4K and 60 frames per second."When players use Stadia, they'll be able to access their games at all times, and on virtually any screen," the company said in a release. "And developers will have access to nearly unlimited resources to create the games they’ve always dreamed of."RELATED: Video games are now a legitimate high school sportIn a contrast to many video game consoles and PCs, Google says Stadia won't require any downloads, updates, patches or installs for its content.Stadia also comes with its own controller, supported through WiFi. However, Google has also inserted a Google Assistant button for its AI-powered virtual assistant. A moment of silence will be observed at 7:55, the exact time the attack began.The ceremony, scheduled to last less than 90 minutes, will also feature music by Navy's Pacific Fleet Band, a Hawaiian blessing, wreath presentations, a rifle salute by the Marine Corps, and a vintage aircraft flyover.
