(CNN) - President Donald Trump declared on Thursday he was considering withdrawing Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents from California as punishment for what he claimed was a "lousy management job" in patrolling illegal immigration."You know what, I'm thinking about doing it," Trump said at a roundtable with state and local officials to address ideas to stop gun violence in the wake of the Parkland school massacre. His comments came after he decried the state of law enforcement in the Golden State."We're getting no help from the state of California. (KGTV) - A nun died in court Friday during a proceeding related to the legal battle against the Los Angeles Archdiocese and singer Katy Perry.Sister Catherine Rosse Holzman, 89, died in court during the proceeding related to the sale of a Los Feliz property, according to ABC-affiliate KABC.Holzman was part of an order of nuns known as The Sisters of the Most Holy and Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The order owned a hilltop property that used to be a convent but sold it in 2015 to entrepreneur Dana Hollister.RELATED: Judge rules in Katy Perry's favor in land dispute case with conventThe Archdiocese intervened, however, saying the offer was void because the order did not get the sale approved by the Archdiocese or Pope Francis. This led to the court battle over whether Hollister, who offered million for the property, was a suitable buyer as opposed to Perry, who offered .5 million.Perry's offer has the approval of Los Angeles' archbishop but has yet to gain approval by the Vatican.A judge ruled in favor of Perry in 2016, saying the archdiocese has to first authorize any sale, and the nuns didn't have his permission before entering into the agreement with Hollister. 1260

(KGTV) — Even with the opening of "Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge" this summer, Disneyland reported a drop in attendance last quarter.Disney reported the data during an investor's call this week, noting that domestic parks saw a 3% drop in attendance in its third fiscal quarter ending on June 29. However, per-capita guest spending increased 10%, thanks in part to high ticket prices, and spending on food, beverage, and merchandise.Disney added that the lower attendance at Disneyland, specifically, was fueled by fewer annual passholder visits as the park managed the demand for "Galaxy's Edge." Iger added that local hotels also increased their prices around that time expecting more visits. (KGTV) - A professor who made disparaging racial remarks toward a student may be returning to the San Diego State University campus after a forced hiatus.Professor Oscar Monge is scheduled to teach three writing classes in the American Indian Students department for Fall 2018, according to registration records.Monge was suspended in the beginning of 2018 after the California Attorney General's Office said he made discriminatory remarks toward a white student.He referred to white student as a "white savior," a black student as an "Uncle Tom," and another as a "Cherokee princess" according to a state investigator’s report.RELATED: Professor makes?"racial insensitive" remarksA spokesperson for SDSU provided a statement to 10News:“A faculty listing does not constitute a confirmed appointment. The university will begin to process temporary faculty appointments for Fall 2018 during the month of July."Crystal Sudano, one of the students who Monge made comments toward, said this is bad idea.“How much more abuse is San Diego State going to take?” said Sudano, “He’s got everybody by the gonads and everybody’s afraid to do anything.”Monge is currently on administrative leave and has not returned multiple requests by 10News for comment. 1297
