UPDATE JAN. 15: Las Vegas police arrested a woman who they say lied about the suspected gunman. The shooting took place in August of 2019 on Interstate 15 near Blue Diamond Road. Police say a white van pulled up next to another car and shot the driver. Vegas authorities interviewed Marcia Mingo days after the shooting and believed she lied to officers when they asked her who the shooter was.Mingo has been charged with aiding a felony offender.
