UNITED NATIONS, May 15 (Xinhua) -- Chinese representative to the United Nations on Friday called for sustained international support and assistance for disaster relief and recovery in Nepal.

More items were added in the following years covering areas ranging from local tourism to tax breaks. The system gradually became a hotbed for corruption as the process is not strictly standardized. Business creation, innovation and employment were stifled.

Over the 60 years, the "Bandung Spirit," featuring unity, friendship and cooperation, has been ingrained into international relations and multilateral cooperation, said Zhai Kun, a professor of international relations at Peking University.

China will continue to support Nepal's effort in safeguarding independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity, he added.
