SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A student suspected of posting social media threats to four San Diego County schools has been identified, San Diego Unified School District announced.The student, only identified as a seventh-grader who attends an SDUSD school, reportedly posted the threats on Facebook and Snapchat, SDUSD police said.Threats of a potential shooting against Madison High School and Creative Performing Media Arts Middle School were discovered Wednesday, followed by similar threats to San Diego High School and the School of Creative and Performing Arts made Thursday, the district said.Specifically, the threats said in part, “Biggest shooting in history on its way. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A two-year-old girl found strapped to the chest of an immigrant teenager is in the custody of Immigrations and Customs Enforcement officials, the U.S. Border Patrol said Monday.The girl was part of a group of six undocumented immigrants found traveling near Campo Nov. 27, officials said.The 17-year-old boy who was carrying the girl said she had been with her mother the previous night, but the mother became tired and asked the teen to hold her daughter. When the group separated, he could not locate the mother, he told Border Patrol officials.Authorities are trying to reunite the girl with her mother.The U.S. Border Patrol said it maintains a high level of vigilance in border zones to prevent the smuggling of humans, drugs, and other contraband. 780

ABC said the violations arose out of sales of alcohol included in the 2018 promotion.The "Monopoly" promotion was held at Albertsons stores, including Albertsons, Safeway, Vons, Pac N Save, and Pavilions locations.The promotion advertised certain beer brands by MillerCoors as part of the game. Customers received additional chances to win prizes if they purchased those brands, according to ABC."This particular violation gave these retailers a competitive advantage by offering consumers a gift or premium for purchasing alcoholic beverage products," ABC Director Jacob Appelsmith said in a release.ABC filed action against nearly 600 stores across California, accusing the companies of violation several regulations. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — An SDG&E outage knocked out power to hundreds of South Bay customers Friday, including a money exchange operator whose backup generator may have contributed to a health crisis.According to SDG&E, about 703 customers in the areas of San Ysidro and Otay Mesa were affected by the outage that began at about 6:40 a.m. Service was supposed to be restored by 10:30 a.m., but that was pushed back to 12 p.m.Two people became ill and were taken to the hospital from a money exchange business using a power generator.According to SDG&E, a substation experienced a technical issue in which a capacitator failed.
