Tropical Storm Epsilon has strengthened into a Category 1 hurricane.As of 11 p.m. Tuesday, Epsilon is moving toward the northwest near 13 mph.This general motion is expected to continue tonight, followed by a slightly slower west-northwestward motion on Wednesday.A turn toward the north-northwest is expected on Thursday.On the forecast track, Epsilon is forecast to move closer to Bermuda on Thursday and make its closest approach to the island on Thursday night.Epsilon now has maximum sustained winds near 75 mph with higher gusts. Universal Orlando has updated its face mask policy after reopening amid the coronavirus pandemic.When the Florida theme park reopened on June 3, the resort said guests could remove their masks while eating and drinking.But this week, the park updated its mask policy saying guests must be "actively eating or drinking" and socially distance themselves before removing their masks."Guests must wear face coverings at all times, unless they are actively eating or drinking, and they must also be socially distanced from other travel parties while consuming their food or beverage," the policy states. UPDATE (5:21 p.m. Wednesday): Police say they have found the missing boy safe and he has been reunited with his family.CHULA VISTA (KGTV) -- The Chula Vista Police Department is asking for the public's help finding a missing Otay Ranch boy.Police say they received a call at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon from a mother who said her 11-year-old son wasn’t home. Officers responded and are now searching an area in the 1500 block of El Prado. A Chula Vista police helicopter was seen circling the Village of Montecito neighborhood announcing a description of the boy. The child, a Hispanic male, was last seen wearing a blue "Smurf" short-sleeved shirt and black shorts, according to police. Two leading Democratic senators want answers from Aetna Chairman and CEO Mark Bertolini after a former medical director admitted under oath that he never read patients' medical records.Ron Wyden of Oregon, the ranking member of the Senate Finance Committee, and Patty Murray of Washington, the ranking member of the Senate Health Committee, fired off a joint letter to Bertolini this week, saying the medical director's comments raise serious concerns about Aetna's claims review process and whether the insurance giant has broken federal law.
