I’m not saying it’s you,” the deputy said, telling Griffin he wanted to check in with other deputies at the scene.In the video, you can hear the deputies radio fellow investigators and double check the description. The deputy later tells Griffin he is being told to detain him. The deputy offers to hold Griffin’s phone to continue recording the incident while he is handcuffed.Griffin remains handcuffed for several minutes while deputies wait for confirmation if he is the suspect or not. Griffin stays calm and talks to the deputies during this time.“Seven cop cars, with everything going on, it’s just a little bit scary,” Griffin says. The deputies agree, but say “see it through our eyes,” since he matches the description. “Do you think we want to be out here killing people?”Eventually, Griffin is let go and it is determined he was not the suspect deputies were looking for. It is against the law to shoot a black bear with cubs in Alaska.Alaska Wildlife Troopers, which announced the charges on Monday, said the act was caught on a motion-activated camera set up inside the den to monitor the bears as part of a study being conducted by the US Forest Service and the Alaska Department of Fish and Game. The camera produced both video and audio of the encounter."In this case numerous crimes, including felonies, are believed to have been committed," trooper Col. Steve Smith said. Smith said the truck and boat used to transport the Renners to and from the bears' den have been seized.The father and son were out skiing together on April 14 when they approached the inhabited den, troopers said in a statement.The video captures Owen Renner firing two rounds at the adult bear inside her den, the troopers said. Andrew Renner then killed the "shrieking" newborn cubs and discarded their bodies outside the den, the statement said.Court documents obtained by CNN affiliate KTVA say that Andrew Renner is captured on video saying: "It doesn't matter. Instead, Reich was fired from her teaching job at a Catholic school because the couple is not married.Reich and Graboski are expecting their first child next summer."I'm extremely excited," Graboski said. "It's one of the most rewarding things you can possibly go through."Recently, that excitement has been overshadowed. For the past two years, Reich was a high school teacher at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional School, a Catholic school near Shamokin.Last week, she told the principal she was pregnant."It was very apparent that she was not happy with the circumstances. Of course, her problem was Catholic morals," said Reich.She said the principal's concern was that the couple are not married. The Diocese of Harrisburg had questions."If there's no eventual plan in the near future to get married, it was either that or I had to be let go," Reich said.Reich didn't want to be fired and understands the Catholic morality code. The couple also wants to get married on their own terms. Reich lost her job last Friday.A spokesperson for the diocese said, "The Diocese of Harrisburg is unable to comment on personnel matters. However, as outlined in our policies, every professional employee agrees to follow the teachings, doctrine, and laws of the Catholic Church as part of the hiring process."Despite all of that, Reich and Graboski have no ill will towards Our Lady of Lourdes Regional School or the Diocese of Harrisburg."This is their beliefs and their moral code and what they live by and I understand that. It's the actual Greek organization on trial for third-degree murder, not the members themselves.The Pi Delta Psi organization is on trial for the hazing death of Chun "Michael" Deng.The 18-year-old student at Baruch College in New York was killed during a hazing ritual at a home that members of the fraternity had rented in Coolbaugh Township back in 2013.Authorities charged 37 members of the fraternity in the incident.Four pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter and are expected to be sentenced next month.In court Monday, the prosecution recounted what happened to Chun "Michael" Deng back in December of 2013.
