HOBE SOUND, Florida — For Rony Bottex, 65, fracturing his leg and using crutches is nothing compared to what could have happened on I-95 in Hobe Sound, Florida on Monday morning. "If he wasn't there, if the officer wasn't there, I'd be dead," said Bottex. Rony was involved in an accident on I-95. Florida Highway Patrol Trooper Mithil Patel, 31, was the first to respond and while he's talking to Rony?outside of the car, a van slammed into a car, sending it spinning in their direction.?"He saw the car come right to me and pushed me to the side and thank God I fall, but he's the one who got hurt for me," said Bottex. "He take the hit and pushed me out of the way." Trooper Patel was taken to St. Mary's Medical Center where he is now in good condition. Rony says he has not stopped praying for the brave trooper who he says nearly gave his own life to save Rony. "They do the jobs for you, not for them, and he was going to take the hit for me, he did," he said. Rony says thanks to Trooper Patel, he's still alive for his wife and six children. He now wants this stranger who saved him to be a part of his family too. "What I want to tell his family, I want to be with him as a family because people like this you never forget them," added Bottex. The trooper's father said the family has been overwhelmed with calls and support. HONG KONG – Hong Kong Disneyland is closing again due to COVID-19 concerns, according to multiple reports.In a statement obtained by CNN and CNBC, a Disney spokesperson said the resort will temporarily close starting on July 15.Disney says the closure is in line with COVID-19 prevention efforts that government and public health authorities are implementing across Hong Kong as the area experiences a spike in coronavirus cases.The spokesperson added that the resort’s hotels will remain open with “adjusted levels of services.”The closure comes less than a month after the park reopened to visitors on June 18 after first closing in January, when the coronavirus pandemic began in China.When the park reopened, officials implemented a list of health and safety measures, including social distancing in queues, restaurants, attraction vehicles and other facilities. Character experiences with close interaction were also suspended. And visitors were required to wear masks. He might have done it for Instragram or YouTube fame, but now a man who crossed a barricade guarding a hippopotamus enclosure at the Los Angeles Zoo is looking at potential trespassing charges after he was filmed spanking one of the animals.Video shows the man climbing the fence outside the hippo enclosure at the LA Zoo and sneaking up on two hippos, named Rosie and Mara. The man’s approach is very cautious, and then when finally close enough, he slaps one of the hippos on the rear before rushing back over the fence and taking a moment to celebrate his feat.The LAPD confirms they received a report of trespassing at the zoo and are investigating.In the video, Rosie, the hippo that was slapped, does not show much of a reaction, but her mother appears startled and looks up as the guy is still in the enclosure. It’s not clear if the man knows he’s being recorded, but clearly he’s showing off. GREENWOOD, Ind. — An Indiana family is asking for help to identify a driver who was caught on camera plowing through their yard to destroy their Christmas decorations. The video starts with a man getting out of his black SUV and then walking up to take a closer look at the front yard where Casie Arnold says her family had a giant inflatable Christmas decoration. The man then gets back into his vehicle, backs up and plows straight through the family's yard and over the top of that 12-foot inflatable decoration. Neighbor cameras caught the whole thing on surveillance video, which you can see below.  642
