Alexandra Canosa, an associate producer on the Netflix series "Marco Polo," has filed a lawsuit in Manhattan Supreme Court alleging Harvey Weinstein raped, physically assaulted and verbally abused her over the course of five years.Weinstein "constantly threatened" Canosa and "made it clear that if she did not succumb to his demands for sexual contact or if she exposed his unwanted conduct there would be retaliation, including humiliation, the loss of her job and loss of any ability to work in the entertainment business," court documents allege.The lawsuit claims the former film executive insisted on meeting with Canosa in "isolated environments" and demanded sex. A woman was arrested for Retail Fraud and Inhalation of Chemical Agents after she was caught reportedly "huffing" in the women's bathroom at Costco located on Telegraph Road in Bloomfield Township, Michigan.On April 11, an employee reported suspicious activity in the bathroom and immediately reported it to her manager.Police say the manager discovered the suspect, Abigail Elizabeth Huston, "huffing" a can of Dust-Off that was taken off the store shelf. She was escorted to the loss prevention office, where she confessed to the theft of the Dust-Off. According to the American Addiction Centers, "huffing" is spraying an inhalant onto a rag and then sniffing the rag.She was arrested and was given a ,000 bond. 730

A man in Florida called police while Collier County Sheriff's deputies were chasing him Tuesday morning.The sheriff's office report said it all started because the suspect acted suspiciously. The sheriff's deputy went up to the car and smelled a smell similar to marijuana.The deputy spotted a baggie that contained a green leafy substance. The suspect then grabbed the bag, put it in his mouth, and sped away."I need help, please," said Aric Frydberg, the man who was arrested after the 7-mile pursuit on U.S. 41. "There's a police officer chasing me," he added.Fort Myers-based WFTX obtained the 911 call. The operator tried numerous times to get Frydberg to pull over.But during the phone call, Frydberg tried to get the operator to make some calls on his behalf. The first set of calls was to his parents."Call my mom, call my mom," said Frydberg. "Please call my mom," he added while on the phone.Then he took it a step further and wanted to speak to the president.  "Donald Trump is a close friend of mine," said Frydberg. "We made a deal," he added while he was trying to convince the operator.Frydberg then changed gears and tried a different strategy.  "My mom called me and said she was in a car accident in Homestead," he said. "My flesh and blood was in a car accident and I have to stop and help you," Frydberg added.Deputies eventually got him off the road and phone.The report goes on to say the deputies searched the car and found glass pipes with burnt leafy residue on them. They later field tested the particles and it tested positive for marijuana.Frydberg is being charged with tampering with evidence, resisting an officer, and two counts of battery of an officer. 1744

A pharmaceutical that has already issued a recall for dozens of children's medications is expanding its recall to include more than a thousand additional medications for both humans and animals.The FDA reported earlier this month that King Bio had issued a voluntary recall for about 30 children's medications for a possible microbial contamination. Now, the company is expanding the recall to include more than 1,200 medications for adults, as well as medicine used by vets and pet owners.According to the FDA, King Bio still has not yet received any reports of illness from contaminated medicine. According to the FDA, the use of the drugs could potentially result in increased infections.Customers currently in possession of affected product should discontinue its use immediately and contact King Bio by email or call the company at 866-298-2740. The company also says it is notifying distributors and customers by letter.Below is a list of the contaminated medications.
