When it’s assembled, it comes in two pieces. In recent years, Dickson says he’s seen an uptick in purchases. He says people are needing affordable housing in this competitive market. According to the National Association of Realtors, an average American home cost about 8,000. A starting price for a manufactured home, with no add-ons, can cost just ,000.When it comes to a manufactured home, there are many housing experts that say factory-built homes depreciate in value. However, Dickson says whether your home is manufactured or not, if you live in a great location, the value of your home will go up. Despite the value of a manufactured home, there are many buyers worried more about the home’s quality. But Dickson says the same requirements put in place for a site build home are still required for manufactured homes. Dickson hopes to break the stigma of how people view a manufactured home. Marriott International says a guest reservation database has been breached and may have exposed information of approximately 500 million guests.The company says it is investigating and addressing the incident that involves the Starwood guest reservation database. They received an alert on Sept. 8 from an internal security tool regarding an attempt to access the Starwood guest reservation database. Marriott quickly called on security experts to help figure out what happened.Security experts learned there had been unauthorized access to the Starwood network since 2014. On Nov. 19, Marriott was able to decrypt the information and determined that the contents were from the Starwood guest reservation database.For approximately 327 million guests affected by the breach, the information accessed includes some combination of name, mailing address, phone number, email address, passport number, Starwood Preferred Guest account information, date of birth, gender, arrival and departure information, reservation date, and communication preferences.Marriott says they have established a dedicated call center (USA: 877-273-9481) to answer questions guests may have about the breach. MARION COUNTY, Fla. — A Florida teacher is on paid administrative leave after being accused of drowning two raccoons during a science class, WFTV reports.A student at Forest High School provided WFTV with video of the incident, which appears to show buckets filled with water, and raccoons in cages being submerged into them.That student said the raccoons killed several chickens housed in a shed behind the school."They finally took the cage out of the water, and they trapped it into another smaller cage, where the top of the cage would go down into the water," the student said. "And that's how they killed the second one," the student told the TV station.Florida Fish and Wildlife are reportedly looking into the legality of the issue."While law enforcement tells us the teacher may not have done anything illegal, his actions before students are certainly questionable," the Marion County School District reportedly said in a statement. 950
