BEIJING, Sept. 30 (Xinhua) -- The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders' Meeting will be held in Beijing from Nov. 10 to 11, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying said on Tuesday.

China will provide assistance to Afghanistan's reconstruction within its ability, she said.

Liu pledged China's continuous support for the programs of education for all, lifelong learning, and sustainable development, which has been promoted by UNESCO. She said China will work with the Paris-based UN organization to address information technology-generated challenges facing the education sector.
