The full search warrant and related materials for Michael Cohen were released Thursday in a court filing in federal court in Manhattan.A redacted version of the document was released in March -- the new filing contains unredacted portions including those related to campaign finance. They were made public after Judge William Pauley ruled that "the campaign finance violations discussed in the Materials are a matter of national importance."Pauley ordered those sections to be unredacted after prosecutors informed the judge that they had "concluded" their investigation into the Trump Organization relating to Cohen's campaign finance violations."The weighty public ramifications of the conduct described in the campaign finance portions warrant disclosure," Pauley said.A number of news organizations, including CNN, had asked to unseal copies of the search warrants and affidavits relating to the April 2018 raids on Cohen's hotel room, home and office. In March, the judge ordered prosecutors to release the search warrants materials but allowed them to keep the sections relating to campaign finance under seal because of an ongoing investigation.Of the nearly 900 pages relating to the search warrants that were released, there were redactions spanning over 20 pages under the heading "illegal campaign contribution scheme." Some of the pages contain duplications.Last year, Cohen pleaded guilty to nine federal charges including tax fraud, lying to Congress and two campaign finance violations for facilitating hush money payments to former Playboy model Karen McDougal and adult film actress Stormy Daniels, two women who alleged affairs with Donald Trump a decade ago. Trump has denied the affairs. When Cohen pleaded guilty, he implicated Trump, saying he facilitated the payments "in coordination with and at the direction of" a presidential candidate. He later identified Trump by name in testimony before Congress. Prosecutors identified the person as "Individual 1" in court filings who they said had "become the President of the United States." Cohen is serving a three-year prison sentence.Trump's name has not been explicitly stated by prosecutors in any court filings related to Cohen's campaign finance case.On Thursday, the entire record will be released with minimal redactions for "limited references" to an uncharged third party, the names of government investigators, and some individuals who discussed business transactions with Cohen. The conclusion of federal prosecutors' investigation of the Trump company's role in the Cohen matter marks a significant victory for the President's family business. An attorney for the company declined to comment.A lawyer for Trump, Jay Sekulow, said: "We are pleased that the investigation surrounding these ridiculous campaign finance allegations is now closed. We have maintained from the outset that the President never engaged in any campaign finance violation."This story is breaking and will be updated. 2980

Thanks to social media and the help of people in Georgia – police say two dine and dashers have been caught – and claim they’ll make it right.“It breaks your heart,” said Lisa Ritter, the manager at Big Daddy’s Oyster Bar and Pub in Peachtree City, Georgia.Ritter says two people came in days before Christmas, spent hours at a table, racked up a huge tab, then took off.“If you can’t afford to go out and eat, it’s bad enough you don’t get tipped well enough, waitresses only make .13 an hour, and it’s really bad that they dine and dash,” Ritter added. She says this isn’t the first time this has happened, and it probably won’t be the last…but says it really hurts business.“We have to still pay for it,” Ritter said.Peachtree City police say the bill was more than 0, and they asked the community for help identifying the dine and dashers.“After we posted some photos on Facebook, we received an overwhelming response from numerous people providing identification information,” said Lt. Matthew Myers with the Peachtree City Police Department.Lt. Myers says they have been in contact with the alleged thieves and adds that you can face many criminal charges if you walk out on a bill.He also says it’s not uncommon for establishments to make the server foot the bill.“There are instances where the waitresses have to pay for it, because if you’re not checking on your tables, if you’re horsing around, I could see that happening,” added Ritter. This time, they didn’t make the waitress pay, but Ritter says the waitress was still stiffed.“She was very upset and crying,” Ritter said, “They had been here for like four hours, that’s her tip…that would have been like a tip.”Police say the dashers have contacted Big Daddy’s and offered to make it right. That is yet to be finalized. 1803

The Democratic candidates ganged up on former Vice President Joe Biden as the second presidential debate turned to immigration on Wednesday night, leaving Biden taking shots from all sides while defending his record. When the debate shifted to immigration, it was former Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julián Castro who criticized Biden's record during the Obama administration, and sought to turn it into an argument that it is time for new leadership.Moderators noted that 800,000 immigrants were deported during the first two years of the Obama administration, and asked the former vice president whether those deportations would continue if he was president. Biden said they would not, and went on to note that he and Castro had been in many meetings together when he never raised his current position about opening the borders."We sat together in many meetings, I never heard him talk about any of this when he was the secretary," Biden said."It looks like one of us has learned from the lessons of the past and one of us hasn't," Castro snapped back.Castro later said, "There's still going to be consequences if somebody crosses the border. It's a civil action. Also we have 654 miles of fencing. We have thousands of personnel at the border. We have planes, we have boats, helicopters, we have security cameras. ... We need to have some guts on this issue."The stage showed off the diversity of the Democratic field and also the generational differences among the candidates. California Sen. Kamala Harris and Booker, for example, have argued for a new generation of leaders who better reflect the diversity of the Democratic Party. Also on the stage on Wednesday were Colorado Sen. Michael Bennet, Castro, de Blasio, Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, Washington Gov. Jay Inslee and businessman Andrew Yang.Biden under the microscopeBiden knew he would be a target early on in the debate."Go easy on me, kid," he said to Harris as 1984
