DEL MAR, Calif. (KGTV) — Deputies are searching for a driver who recently hit a 39-year-old man in a Del Mar alley and sped off. The victim was walking southbound in an alley between 10th and 11th Streets at about 2 a.m. on Nov. 9, according to the San Diego Sheriff's Department.
