BEIJING, April 18 (Xinhua) -- China has strengthened nucleic acid testing of travelers leaving Wuhan, a city hit hard by COVID-19, before they resume work, production or study elsewhere, according to a recently released circular.

So far, China has sent 12 teams of medical experts to 10 countries, which are Italy, Serbia, Cambodia, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Laos, Venezuela, the Philippines and Myanmar, to help them combat COVID-19, Zhao told a press briefing when answering a relevant question.

The group said 88 trains on the southern section of the Beijing-Guangzhou railway have been affected, including 54 suspensions, 22 returns and 12 detours.
