OCEANSIDE (CNS) - Two vehicles crashed Saturday on College Boulevard underneath state Route 78 in Oceanside, killing at least one person.The California Highway Patrol reported a blue Tesla and red sedan collided at 3:04 p.m., causing one of them to overturn and land on its roof on College.Medics and officers from the Oceanside Police Department were on scene trying to extract the two occupants of the overturned vehicle, the CHP said. (KGTV) — Three people were killed on Thursday after an SUV careened off State Route 78 and crashed into a traffic signal pole.A Mitsubishi Outlander was traveling on westbound SR-78 at about 2 p.m. when for unknown reasons it veered off the right side of the freeway near El Camino Real and went down an embankment. The SUV hit a fence and struck a pole at the intersection of Vista Way and Valley Glen Dr., before catching fire, according to CHP public-affairs Officer Mark Latulippe.CHP officers arrived within minutes to find three people trapped inside the vehicle. Latulippe said officers put out the small fire, adding that it appeared all three died on impact and not because of the fire.The driver was the only occupant wearing a seat belt during the collision.The driver was identified as a 43-year-old male from Escondido, the front passenger was identified as a 56-year-old male from Escondido, and the passenger in the left rear of the SUV is a female that is yet to be identified, CHP said.The San Diego Medical Examiner’s Office is working to determine if impairment was a factor in the crash. 1133

With full hair, makeup and dresses, the two started reading to children about six months ago at libraries.The stories read have themes about love, compassion and inclusion.The program is called Drag Queen Story Hour.Jonathan Hamilt brought the program to New York from San Francisco, and it has spread across the country.“It's one of the most attended story hours of our libraries,” says Hamilt. “Every time we go to a branch, librarians are like, ‘Wow! This has exceeded the number of any other program that we've had.’”As you might expect, Hamilt says the children come with questions, asking about their hair and real name.Some questions are more challenging than others.“Are you a boy or are you a girl?
