SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — The wife of ex-NFL tight end Kellen Winslow II has filed for divorce, months after the former footballer was convicted of rape.Janelle Winslow filed documents for divorce on Aug. 30 in San Diego, according to records. The couple has been married for 13 years and have two children together.In June, Winslow was found guilty on three counts including rape, lewd conduct, and indecent exposure, stemming from accusations he raped three woman and exposed himself to two others.RELATED: Kellen Winslow Jr. tells 10News he's 'innocent' in rape caseThe jury, however, was deadlocked on eight other charges, including rape and kidnapping in connection with two other women. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- The search is on for three teenagers that held a man at gunpoint then stole his car in Paradise Hills.According to San Diego police, the incident happened around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday at the victim's apartment complex on Doriana Street.Police believe the carjacking happened just minutes after the same teenagers attempted, but failed, to carjack another man near the intersection of Alta View and Potomac, a few blocks away.The victim suffered a minor injuries to the head and is expected to be OK.Police say the three teens are believed to be between the ages of 16-18. They sped off in the victim's gray Honda and are still on the loose.Detailed descriptions of the teens and a license plate number for the stolen car were not immediately released. 778
SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Three cars were damaged during a pursuit through Cortez Hill Monday afternoon. According to police, the chase began around 3:50 p.m. at the intersection of Ninth Avenue and Beech Street. The reason for the chase was unclear. The chase ended a short distance away on the 1300 block of Park Boulevard. During the chase, the suspect struck three other vehicles, two of which were parked. Two suspects were arrested and police say no serious injuries were reported following the crash. 510
SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- The upcoming San Diego Blood Bank blood drive brings to light stories of lives saved by the generosity of others.4-year-old Kamila is one of those people whose life is forever changed by donations.Kamila was diagnosed with beta thalassemia major when she was a newborn. Following the diagnosis, Kamila received her first blood transfusion at the Rady Children’s Hospital when she was two months old.Her mother, Maria Saradpon, described what it felt like to find out her daughter has a blood disorder. “I cried because it’s scary.
