PASCO COUNTY, Fla. — A nursing assistant in Pasco County, Florida was arrested after allegedly molesting a disabled female who she was tasked with caring for.Christina Nappo is charged with lewd and lascivious molestation of an elderly person.She was caring for an elderly and disabled woman described as having serious brain trauma and the mentality of a 10-year-old.She is accused of committing inappropriate acts with a shower head. Deputies say that being a CNA, Nappo reasonably knew the victim either lacked the ability to give consent or failed to give consent.She is also accused of teaching another CNA how to do the same thing.Nappo was arrested without incident and taken to Land O' Lakes detention facility. 742

Police say that a Massachusetts home owned by Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Tom Brady and his wife, model Gisele Bündchen, was broken into early Monday morning.According to the Brookline Massachusetts Police Department, police were notified when a home security alarm was triggered at Brady's home just before 6 a.m. Monday.Using security cameras in the house, police were able to see that the suspect had moved to the basement. "Multiple" units responded, and when they arrived, they found the suspect lying on a couch in the middle of the room.Police arrested the suspect, 34-year-old Zanini Cineus, formerly of Brockton, Massachusetts. He's with breaking and entering, attempted larceny and trespassing. Police say he was also wanted for "several active warrants" in other parts of the state.Police did not report that anything was stolen from Brady's home.Brady played quarterback for the New England Patriots — who play their home games about an hour south of Brookline in Foxboro — from 2000 to 2019. Police in Troy, Michigan said a man armed with knives was shot and killed after charging at officers on Monday morning.According to police, they were called to the home on Saddle Brook for a domestic situation just after 7 a.m. on Monday.Officers followed the suspect, a 23-year-old man, and when he noticed officers, he started charging at them. Another officer in an unmarked car got out to distract the suspect, and then the suspect tried getting in an unmarked car.Police say he then turned toward the marked vehicle and started charging at the officer. The officer pulled out his taser and fired, but the taser was not effective and he kept charging toward officers.That's when the officer shot at the suspect several times, killing him.Police said it's been over 20 years since there was an officer-involved shooting in Troy. 849

(KGTV) — Border Patrol officers in the South Bay made a spicy discovery in a shipment of peppers this week.Customs and Border Protection officers stopped a 37-year-old Mexican national enterting through the Otay Mesa Port of Entry in a tractor pulling a trailer of cargo. The cargo listed jalape?o peppers on the manifest.Upon secondary inspection, a canine team alerted agents to the shipment. Officer say they discovered 314 large, wrapped packages of marijuana, weighing about 7,560 pounds.
