"As far as I know there really hasn't been a big drive-in comedy show so there's a first for everything!"A few dozen carloads of people poured into the restaurant's parking lot for the show, flashing their lights and honking for the lineup of local comedians to take the place of laughter."This is just something that's nice that lets people feel safe, they're in their own space, and give them an outlet to not think about whats going on in the world," Porter said. MISSION VIEJO, Calif. (AP) — Two people were bitten by a coyote in two separate attacks on a Southern California trail on Saturday. A spokeswoman for the city of Mission Viejo in Orange County says a woman was jogging on the Jeronimo Open Space when a coyote bit her lower left calf, leaving four puncture wounds. A second person said they were bitten on the left ankle while they were on the trail around 6:30 a.m. Both went to the hospital for treatment. MURRIETA, Calif. (KGTV) - A gas company worker died and 15 people were injured Monday after a home exploded and caught fire in Murrieta, officials said. The explosion happened just after noon in a residential area of the Riverside County city near the intersection of Clinton Keith Road and Smith Ranch. Murrieta Fire crews went to the home on Wooden Horse Trail about 11 a.m. due to a report of a ruptured gas line and a gas leak, said Murrieta deputy fire Chief David Lantzer.The explosion happened just after noon, sending 15 people to the hospital. One SoCal Gas worker died."We are incredibly saddened that we have a loss of one of our employees today," said SoCal Gas public information officer Randon Lane.Firefighters fought flames for about two hours after the blast.
