A 73-year-old woman who was struck by a stray bullet while sitting in her kitchen has died.Investigators say the bullet entered her home off Dunn Road in Riley Township, Michigan on Sunday afternoon.Detectives told Scripps station WXYZ in Detroit a neighbor was shooting target practice at the time. They believe he may have missed a large pile of dirt he was trying to hit.They have seized at least two rifles from his home.The woman was rushed to the hospital where she later died.Her name is not being released. Charges may come as early as Monday morning.  598

(KGTV) — The child in all of us may be compelled to bust out the stationary and send an actual letter this year.The United States Postal Service introduced three new sets of stamps for 2019, featuring characters from Sesame Street, the Tyrannosaurus rex, and "spooky silhouettes" for the fall season.The Sesame Street stamps, designed by Derry Noyes, will feature 16 Muppets characters: Big Bird, Ernie, Bert, Cookie Monster, Rosita, The Count, Oscar the Grouch, Abby Cadabby, Herry Monster, Julia, Guy Smiley, Snuffleupagus, Elmo, Telly, Grover and Zoe. "The Postal Service honors Sesame Street as one of the most influential and beloved children’s television shows. For the last 50 years, it has provided educational programming and entertainment for generations of children throughout the country and around the world," the service said.T. rex stamps were designed with original artwork by scientist Julius T. Csotonyi. (KGTV) - U.S. PIRG Education Fund released a report Thursday indicating fidget spinners for sale at Target stores nationwide contained high levels of lead.The study was conducted on the Fidget Wild Premium Spinner Brass and Fidget Wild Premium Spinner Metal.U.S. PIRG posted on its website that it had alerted Target and the toy’s distributer, Bulls i Toy, but both were not addressing the lead concerns.According U.S. PIRG, Target and Bulls i Toy defended their choices to the Consumer Product Safety Commission that fidget spinners are not technically children’s products and subject to legal limits for lead.“Saying fidget spinners aren’t toys defies common sense, as millions of parents whose kids play with spinners can tell you,” said Kara Cook-Schultz, U.S. PIRG Education Fund toxics director. A search on Target's website Thursday showed the Fidget Wild Premium Spinner Brass was not available for sale and the Fidget Wild Premium Spinner Metal was not listed. 987
