A new complaint has been filed against casino owner Steve Wynn.The complaint was filed by a woman identified only as "Jane Doe." According to the complaint, the woman was an employee for The Claude Baruk Salon in 2015 when she began giving manicures and pedicures to Wynn.She says that Wynn would require her to position herself in certain ways during the services that would put her in direct contact with body parts other than his hands or feet. When she would attempt to withdraw, he would become irritated.According to the complaint, Jane Doe went to Claude Baruk and other members of management. She says that Baruk ignored her complaints but she was told by other members of management that it would stop.Jane Doe says she also shared what happened with her coworkers and heard similar stories. The woman says that she feared that she would lose her job if she kept complaining.After the story broke in the Washington Post, the woman says that Wynn visited the salon twice to speak with salon employees.The first time was on Jan. 27. Wynn reportedly requested the employees to be gathered and then asked them to raise their hands if they felt he had ever assaulted them.The second time was on Feb. 1 during a birthday party for a salon employee. Jane Doe says Wynn brought a video crew with him that time and demanded that employees give video statements saying he did nothing wrong.The complaint also says that Wynn is still receiving manicures and pedicures in the salon or in his on-site villa.The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday with the Clark County District Court. Two lawsuits were filed last week by massage therapists who also accused Wynn of inappropriate conduct.Wynn resigned as CEO of Wynn Resorts last month. He is denying all allegations but said that he did not believe he could be an effective company leader.He also resigned as chairman for the Republican National Committee.  1915

A Russian journalist and Kremlin critic, reported to have been shot dead in Ukraine, has appeared alive at a news conference.Arkady Babchenko was earlier reported to have been killed in his apartment building in the Ukrainian capital Kiev,.Ukrainian state news agency Ukrinform had said that Babchenko, 41, was shot in the back and died in an ambulance, citing his friend and supervisor, Ayder Muzhdabaev, deputy general manager of Ukrainian TV channel ATR.Police in Kiev said Babchenko's wife found him outside their apartment.But Ukrinform later reported that Babchenko was alive.This is a developing story - more to comeThe-CNN-Wire 643

A new service aims to help families stop identity fraud of children.According to a report from Javelin Strategy & Research, more than 1 million children were victims of identity theft in 2017. Two-thirds of those children were 7 or younger.Starting next month, parents can check and freeze their child’s credit files, without having to pay.First, go to identitytheft.gov to begin. Then, select the “Child Identity Theft” option under the “Special Forms of Identity Theft” section.A red flag to watch for is if your child has a credit report; they should not at an early age. The website will guide you on how to obtain a credit report through Experian, Trans Union and Equifax.If your child does not have a credit file, experts recommend you start one and then freeze it.Families can start using this service on Sept. 21. 833

A school bus driver's camera recorded the scary moment when another driver stopped in the middle of the Massachusetts Pike, exited his car and climbed onto the hood of the bus.Video recorded Tuesday shows a man forcing the bus to stop in the middle of the highway, then climb onto the vehicle's hood.The man got out right in the middle of the highway and he goes to the door of the bus.The bus driver does not let him in. So, he then goes back to the front and jumps right on the hood.The bus driver says the man was screaming that the windows on the bus were too dark."A man jumped on my bus going on the Mass. Turnpike, pulled me over in the middle lane and stopped the bus," said the bus driver."What did he say to you?" asked WCVB reporter John Atwater."His words were, 'Why are your windows dark?' I had the same reaction! A special guide dog has reinvigorated Anastasia Pagonis' zest for life and her swimming career.After a devastating diagnosis and the loss of her sight, it was Radar that helped pick her back up.Pagonis started losing her vision when she was 14 years old. Her parents signed her up for swimming and she excelled, but when she lost her sight completely, she didn't want to get back in the pool at all.Things changed once Anastasia received a guide dog from Puppies with a Purpose."Radar is my guide dog. He is honestly the best thing that has happened to me. I'm so happy to have him in my life." Radar has also given Anastasia the confidence to get back in the pool "When I got back in the water and just, like, felt the chlorine on my skin, I knew that this is what I wanted to do. I knew that I was going to do anything I could possibly do to get me where I wanted to be. And that's Tokyo 2021."
