LA JOLLA, Calif. (KGTV) - One of the most elite schools in San Diego has finished investigating accusations of decades of sexual abuse. Investigative reporter Jennifer Kastner broke the story last July when several former students at The Bishop's School came forward about former school employees. The numbers have since doubled. The current tuition at the prestigious private high school is more than ,000 per year. It's been ten months since we reported on how the school was dealing with claims of abuse that spanned three decades. In a transparent move last year, the The Bishop’s School revealed that seven members of its alumni had come forward and described fifteen separate instances of misconduct. It is now over and the numbers are up. The school report’s, “To date, 14 alumni have come forward to report incidents of sexual misconduct.” The school also reports, "Ten different perpetrators were identified as having engaged in sexual misconduct that would potentially constitute a crime at the time of occurrence." None of the accused are apparently still with the school and at least two are reportedly dead. The school reports that most of the cases were from the 1970s and 1980s. There were no reported cases within the last 20 years.The school declined an interview with 10News, but in a new letter to alumni, it reaffirms its commitment to student safety and apologies to everyone who was affected.The school has turned over ten cases to the San Diego Police Department and says it will notify the community if charges are filed against any of its former school employees. 1894

Law enforcement arrested a man in connection with a West Palm Beach-area sledgehammer attack and theft of thousands of dollars?in February.Roady Sanozier, 38, is charged with hitting a courier, employed by Cord Financial Services, with a sledgehammer and stealing 8,000 in a heist at a business center on North Australian Avenue in Mangonia Park.On the day of the attack, the suspect fled the scene in a black Toyota Tundra. Law enforcement searched a neighborhood near the scene the day of the attack and robbery but did not arrest anyone.Sanozier, a former Cord Financial employee who was fired in August 2017 for stealing more than ,000 in cash from the company, was developed as a possible suspect in the robbery.A probable cause affidavit said that Sanozier posted a video on April 21 of himself near a black Toyota that was parked beside his car.Using that video and Google Maps, detectives traced the video to a home in Coral Springs, where they found him and took him into custody on April 25.Sanozier admitted to police that he wired ,000 cash to Haiti on Feb. 17 and bought three vehicles for a total cash value spent of ,500.A friend of Sanozier owned the Toyota Tundra, but investigators believe Sanozier was the getaway driver the day of the robbery.He faces homicide, battery, robbery and larceny charges in connection with the attack.  At a Wednesday morning court hearing, no bond was issued. LINDA VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) - Survivors of violent sexual predators gathered today to protest the release of convicted sex offender Alan Earl James. They put up posters in the restaurant where they held the rally which said, “We don’t want a rape whistle, we want change” and “You care more about the rapist than you do the victim.”James was convicted of felony sex crimes on minors in 1981 and 1986 and sentenced to 28 years in state prison. A judge has recommended his release, but his survivor Robert Nabors says he should stay behind bars. Nabors said, “He will re-offend if he gets out. He did it once before. They gave him a slap on the wrist for raping me, and when he got out, he raped two other girls.”His placement hearing is tomorrow. If he’s released, he’ll be placed in Jacumba Hot Springs community. The people there protest his arrival. 858

LEMON GROVE, Calif. (KGTV) — A woman was hit and killed by a trolley car in Lemon Grove Wednesday.The woman was hit by a San Diego MTS trolley at about 3:45 p.m. near the Lemon Grove Avenue and Massachusetts Ave. stop, according to the San Diego Sheriff's Department. Deputies say the woman was dragged by the trolley and later died.The cause of the deadly crash was under investigation.The MTS Orange Line was closed between the Encanto/62nd and Spring Street Stations due to the police investigation. Buses will be used between the two stations to bridge travelers to their next stop during the closure, MTS tweeted. MTS says the eastbound Orange Line will not depart from the Courthouse Station at 5 p.m., and instead will start from 12th and Imperial at 5:11 p.m. Riders waiting to catch that train should instead take the Blue Line to 12th and Imperial to transfer to the Orange Line to continue eastbound.No further information was immediately available. 968

LAWRENCEBURG, Tennessee — A man accused of raping a 16-month-old boy in Lawrenceburg has been added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's Top 10 Most Wanted list. Lawrenceburg police said they are looking for Simon Dean Porter for questioning in connection with the rape.  300
