"Not a single Republican has been able to observe these (absentee) ballots,” Giuliani said, adding speculatively, "Joe Biden could have been able to vote 5,000 times, we don’t know."With about 84 percent of the ballots counted in Pennsylvania, Trump leads Biden by almost 300,000 votes.The Trump campaign said Wednesday they are also seeking to intervene in a state case at the Supreme Court that deals with whether ballots received up to three days after the election can be counted, deputy campaign manager Justin Clark says.In the Michigan suit, election officials are asked to stop absent voter counting boards from counting because they are allegedly not complying with a state statute that 1 election inspector from each major political party be present during counting, according to the lawsuit.It also asks that observers be allowed to view surveillance video of ballot boxes that were in "remote and unattended" locations.In response to news of the lawsuit, demonstrators went to a building in downtown Detroit trying to get inside to challenge votes being counted. Hundreds of challengers are already inside the TCF Center, according to WXYZ in Detroit, and those outside are not being let in. The Detroit Health Department says the building is at capacity, and police are enforcing those capacity rules. Giuliani hinted the Trump campaign may bring a larger lawsuit about issues with observing ballot counting. "We're going to consider a federal lawsuit. Quite possibly we'll do a national lawsuit and reveal the corruption of the Democratic party," he said. Trump tweeted Wednesday afternoon, without supporting data, that he claimed victory in Pennsylvania, Georgia and other states. He was last seen wearing a hat, a dark green shirt and blue jeans. (KGTV) -- An Escondido woman accused in a vehicle crash that killed four people, including two children, pleaded not guilty Wednesday to all charges levied against her.Ashley Rene Williams pleaded not guilty to four counts of murder and four counts of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated during her initial court appearance, which was via video conference.The 28-year-old’s bail was set at million.According to Escondido police, just before 8:30 p.m. on May 5, Williams was driving northbound near Oak Hill Drive and San Pasqual Valley Road when she struck two adults and two children walking in the area.Abel Valdez, 33, and 11-year-old Emmanuel Riva died at the scene. Ten-year-old Yovanny Felix and 50-year-old Carmela Camacho were rushed to the hospital, where they later passed away.The boys were brothers, and Camacho was their grandmother. Valdez was Camacho’s boyfriend, according to a GoFundMe established for the family.Williams was taken to the hospital after also suffering injuries.Following an investigation that involved the analysis of evidence that included cellphone and vehicle computer data, lab test results, and roadway measurements, Williams was arrested at her home on June 4.Prosecutors said Williams was under the influence of drugs and using her cellphone at the time of the collision.10News learned Williams’ driver’s license was already suspended as of Feb. 18, 2020, due to a drug-related offense. WASATCH COUNTY, Utah — A man has been arrested and charged after police say he threw his wife into the Provo River in Utah on Sunday.According to an arrest report, 61-year-old Douglas Harold Green and his wife were at the Provo River Resort, located just downriver from Deer Creek State Park in Wasatch County, when they began arguing over dinner arrangements.Police say Green became angry and threatened to drown her in the river. He then dragged her to the bank of the Provo River and forced her in, the probable cause statement says.Witnesses said they tried to help her, but Green yelled at them to stay away.Police said the woman had a bruise on each arm, which she said were from Green dragging her. Walmart is making its opioid policy more strict, limiting the duration of such prescriptions and requiring that they be filled electronically.The company announced on Monday that within 60 days, it will only fill first-time acute opioid prescriptions for seven days or less nationwide, and it will limit the dosage to 50 morphine milligram equivalents, or MMEs, per day. The CDC publishes?MME conversion guides to help pharmacists figure out the right dosage for each type of prescribed opioid.There are more than 5,300 Walmart and Sam's Club locations in the United States.The new restrictions follow recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. A CDC study found that people who were prescribed at least one day of opioid therapy had a 6% chance of being addicted a year later — but for those prescribed eight or more days of treatment saw that chance spiked to 13.5%. The CDC also notes that patients who are prescribed higher dosages are more likely to die from an overdose.Some states already limit prescriptions to seven days or fewer. Walmart will go by state law when the cap is lower than one week.Walmart also said that starting in 2020, it will require e-prescriptions for controlled substances. The company explained that online prescriptions will help prevent prescription fraud and minimize error.The new measures are an extension of Walmart's efforts to fight the US opioid epidemic.In January, the company introduced a way to safely destroy leftover opioids at home. DisposeRx is a powder that, when combined with water and the pills, creates a gel that is difficult to remove from its container. The mixture can be thrown out at home or left at a drop off location.
