A car crashed into security barriers outside the UK's Houses of Parliament during rush hour Tuesday morning, injuring several people in what police are treating as a terrorist incident.The man's car collided with several cyclists and pedestrians before crashing into the barrier shortly after 7:30 a.m., police said.The driver, a man in his late 20s, has been arrested on suspicion of terrorist offenses and remains in custody in a south London police station.It appears to have been a deliberate act on an iconic London building, and as such, was being treated as a terrorist incident, said Metropolitan Police Assistant Commissioner Neil Basu during a news briefing later Tuesday.Police were still working on formally identifying the man, who is "not cooperating," said Basu, adding that the driver was not thought to have been known to MI5 or counter-terrorism police.There was not believed to be a further danger to Londoners or the wider UK related to the morning's crash, Basu said. 996

A Brooklyn professional chef has made it her mission to feed the hungry in her community and help formerly incarcerated women get back on their feet.Sharon Richardson is the CEO of JustSoulCatering.Richardson and her team were preparing a feast on the sidewalk on Hicks Street Thursday.Richardson started her catering business after she got out of prison ten years ago.She created a nonprofit called Reentry Rocks, a culinary internship program that works directly with women just like her.Richardson said she only hires women coming out of prison.“The barriers are hard when you come home and you need a job. We give back food to the community. We know what’s it like to be without,” said Richardson, packing plates of food to go.Richardson decided to give food away, during the pandemic, preparing hundreds of meals for the hungry, twice a week. And, the donations started pouring in.She partners with Pastor Rodney Plummer of the Calvary Baptist Church of Red Hook.Over a hundred women have successfully gone through the Reentry Rocks program and dozens are now working with JustSoulCatering.WPIX's Monica Morales first reported this story. 1151

A church choir in Madison, Tennessee is singing hymns to parishioners who are unable to safely leave the house during the pandemic.The choir at City Road Chapel United Methodist Church is visiting homes on Wednesday nights."Whether there are three of us or five or 10 of us, it is just a wonderful thing to be able to do," said Mary Lou Markham, a member of the choir.Markham said the group began singing together in the church parking lot a few weeks before this started."I said 'can't we at least meet in the parking lot and sing to the Lord?' So for two weeks, we sang in the church parking lot, a long way away..." she said.When a member of the choir broke his arms, the group visited and preformed for him outside his rehab facility. From there, they began visiting other parishioners who were cooped up inside."It has been unbelievable," said Brian Hanson. "The response has been tremendous and we have got as much of the blessing out of it as the people we've sung for."Brian Hanson is the director of music at City Road Chapel."I think music connects with the soul, mind, and spirit it's just something that's in people," Hanson said.On a recent Wednesday, the group sang for Evelyn McDowell at her home. The 92-year-old has been a member of the church since 1950."I've missed church and this was just a wonderful blessing," said McDowell."I couldn't go out much. A lawsuit is being filed against Massage Envy after attorneys say seven women throughout California were sexually assaulted or raped by massage therapists, according to KGO.In a lawsuit filed against the company, attorneys say they are looking for other alleged victims to come forward.The reported incidents happened at Massage Envy locations in Southern California, the Sacramento area and the Bay Area.The claims range from inappropriate touching to rape. Attorneys say a massage therapist in Burlingame, Brandon Davis, raped their client.RELATED: More than 180 accuse Massage Envy therapists of assaultDavis was later arrested and is facing 14 charges, including felonies for sexual battery by fraud.Attorneys in the lawsuit claim complaints were made against Davis before their client was raped, yet he was allowed to continue his work for the company.A BuzzFeed investigation in 2017 found that more than 180 women had reported sexual assaults at Massage Envy.  980
