The article indicated the woman's review was removed from the TripAdvisor website.TripAdvisor said the woman's forum post was removed seven years ago when the company had a policy requiring content to use family-friendly language. Site officials said the policy changed to allow more descriptive reviews, including crime.“We believe any first-hand experience should be posted to our site as a means to communicate to other consumers looking for information on where they should travel,” TripAdvisor posted on its site.TripAdvisor said it is creating a badge notification to apply to businesses to alert consumers of health and safety or discrimination issues at that business reported on within the media or other credible sources of information.  1123

A 26-year-old playing in the final game of the regular season for the Grand Rapids Drive, the Detroit Pistons' G League affiliate, collapsed on Saturday in the closing minute of the game. After two nights in the hospital, Zeke Upshaw died on Monday following the on-court incident. A cause of death was not announced. Upshaw had scored 11 points in Saturday's game, and helped his team qualify for the the league's playoff. A broadcast of the incident shows Upshaw collapsing on the defensive end of the court as his team took possession of the basketball. Immediately, referees stopped play as trainers ran to Upshaw's side. It only took several minutes for Upshaw to be placed on a stretcher.The G League has postponed the start of its playoff from Tuesday to Friday."Zeke was an outstanding young man whose powerful belief in himself and uncommon perseverance led to a successful professional basketball career," G League president Malcolm Turner said in a statement. (KGTV) — President-elect Joe Biden is set to select California Attorney General Xavier Becerra to lead the pandemic response as Health and Human Services secretary.According to Associated Press sources, Becerra will be nominated to lead the department, which will require confirmation. If confirmed, he will be the first Latino to lead the department.The HHS is a -trillion-plus agency with 80,000 employees and oversees several issues including drugs and vaccines, medical research, and health insurance programs. During his time as AG, Becerra has been an advocate of the Affordable Care Act.Biden has been under increasing pressure to expand racial and ideological diversity in his Cabinet and other top jobs, the AP reported. Of the nine major picks made so far, Biden has selected two white men: Secretary of State choice Antony Blinken and chief of staff Ron Klain.Civil rights leaders have called for diverse choices for the "big four" Cabinet positions of secretaries of state, defense, treasury, and the attorney general.
